Just when I thought we had seen every single one of the 2013 Marvel SDCC Exclusives, a few more sure-to-be-coveted figures have made themselves known! I also run a LEGO and Mega Bloks blog, so I always have my ear to the ground, listening for LEGO news and rumors. And today I heard a pretty loud rumble regarding two brand-new, previously unannounced LEGO Marvel SDCC Exclusive minifigures: a LEGO Spider-Woman Minifigure and a LEGO Spider-Man Minifigure (in movie costume!)

I don’t just like Shuma Gorath. I love Shuma Gorath. No, seriously. How much do I love Shuma Gorath? I mained Shuma Gorath in every Capcom video game he’s appeared in, including Marvel vs. Capcom 3. In fact, I am wearing a Shuma Gorath T-Shirt right now, even though I had no conception whatsoever that I’d be writing about Shuma Gorath today (as the opportunity to do so has literally never come up before). Anyway, my point is that I love Shuma-Gorath, and the relevance of that fact is that I just ordered my first Shuma Gorath figure ever this afternoon–the Heroclix Shuma Gorath 2013 Convention Exclusive figure!

Supposedly “it’s better late than never”, but I feel like that expression is getting stretched just a little bit by the new Marvel figures just released by Bandai. While the rest of the toy companies of the world have rushed to flood the market with figures and products from the 2013 summer blockbuster “Iron Man 3” movie, Bandai is countering with two all-new figures based on “Iron Man 2”! Yeah, as in, “The Iron Man movie from 2010”. But hey, even if the figures are a little late, at least Bandai is bringing something rockin’ to the table–the S.H. Figuarts Iron Man Mark VI and War Machine figures!
