In the build-up to San Diego Comic Con 2019 in July, Hot Toys posted some very obvious teasers for what are the two biggest omissions from their Avengers Endgame MMS 1/6 figure lineup: Endgame (Fat) Thor and (Professor) Hulk. Hasbro won’t hold their annual San Diego Comic Con Marvel Legends panel until this weekend, but they’ve come out on swinging on the first day of SDCC nonetheless! In advance of the inevitable slew of announcements coming up in a few days, Marvel Legends Endgame Wave 3 has now been revealed and is up for order—including Valkyrie, Heimdall, Iron Patriot, Vision and even a Bro (Fat) Thor Build-A-Figure!

I generally try to practice what I preach with regards to placing pre-orders for limited edition items early before they sell out and explode price-wise on the aftermarket, but sometimes I get careless (or is it lazy?). Such was the case with the first character released in the Iron Studios Avengers Endgame 1:10 Statue line, who quickly sold out worldwide and is sharply escalating in value. I ended up paying 150 bucks shipped for my Iron Studios Nebula Statue on eBay… was she worth the inflated price I had to pay to secure one at all?

For whatever reason, the Bandai Tamashii SH Figuarts Infinity War figures weren’t as big of a hit as expected domestically, with many of the figures still available a year after orders opened and some even after being discounted. Presumably because of this, we’ve seen a far narrower selection of the Endgame figures getting released in North America, and even seeming sure-things are remaining overseas exclusives. Even the Jade Giant isn’t immune to exclusivity, as he’s not getting a domestic release. But if you’ve got to have him, the SH Figuarts Endgame Hulk figure is up for order in the US on BBTS now…
