Oh yeah–I knew I was forgetting someone when I said that I figured we’d seen all of the major Avengers Age of Ultron toys that would be available at the movie’s launch. And that someone happens to be one of the hottest companies in the collectibles world: Funko! Marvel Super Hero Mashers and I got off to a rocky start, as I legitimately thought that the line was a joke when I heard about it–and when I found out the figures were actually real, I thought they were even more ridiculous. But when I get the Marvel Mashers Deadpool figure last summer, Hasbro won me over with the stylized, well-articulated, reasonably-priced Marvel Super Hero Mashers figures. And the successful line will be expanding even further in 2015, with a whole assortment of Avengers Age of Ultron Mashers–including the first Marvel Mashers Vision and Ultron figures!

There hasn’t been a non-exclusive Marvel Legends action figure released since last summer, and the natives are starting to get restless! While factory samples of the 2015 Marvel Legends Avengers figures slipped out a month ago, there was no official word from Hasbro that retailers could begin taking pre-orders–much less an actual release date. But thankfully, relief is finally in sight: the Avengers Marvel Legends 2015 Infinite Series figures are now up for order!

Unfortunately, Hasbro hasn’t allowed retailers to open pre-orders yet for the series (and likely won’t until closer to the new year). Earlier today I posted about the surprise set of Marvel Minimates Wave 19 Toys R Us Exclusive figures that’s going to be released later this month–but those aren’t the only new Marvel figures Diamond Select Toys has lined up for us before the end of the year! Way back in May 2014, DST held a vote to determine the four figures who would appear in the Marvel Minimates Infinity Box Set.
