March 2024 had rushed past, which means that another wave of new solicitations for Marvel collectibles is upon us from Diamond Select Toys. And with no New York Toy Fair last month, this time all of the newly revealed DST Marvel items are ones we had no idea were coming! Arriving later this year, the Marvel Select War Machine, Animated Daredevil Bust, MCU Black Widow bust and the first-ever Weapon H Hulk statue are all up for order now!

Daredevil is celebrating his 60th anniversary this year, and Hasbro isn’t going to let the milestone pass without at least a little bit of representation in the 2024 Marvel Legends lineup! Just announced and going up for pre-order this week, it’s the Hasbro Pulse exclusive Spider-Man Animated Series Marvel Legends Daredevil & Hydro-Man 6″ action figures VHS 2-pack! Matt Murdock is a man without fear, but not a figure without cel-shading! Do you need one fo your shelf…?

New pre-orders are now available for Marvel Select Classic Captain America, Marvel Gallery Kingpin and a Marvel Animated Skottie Young Invisible Woman statue!
Continue Reading →Diamond Select Toys can be counted upon to deliver fresh and exciting new Marvel collectibles in their solicitations each and every month, and this month is no exception! While there are no new Marvel Gallery PVCs or Skottie Young Marvel Animated statues in the latest solicits, there’s still some items that will make many, many fans happy: a Marvel Select Iceman figure and busts of Green Goblin and Daredevil are now up for order!

But fans shan’t have to wait any longer to discover the identity of the 2022 Kit exclusive (although it’s possible they may not be impressed when they do). This year’s “new” figure turns out to be a surprise that nobody was expecting—a slight repaint of a previously-released store exclusive! Traveling through space and time, Marvel Legends Yellow Daredevil is *back*as the 2022 Marvel Unlimited Plus Kit Exclusive action figure!
Continue Reading →With somewhere between a month and a month and a half before the 2019 Marvel Legends Black Panther M’Baku Series starts appearing, we’ve got a bit of time to wait before we’re likely to see more Hasbro ML news. But hey, it’s not a total loss, as I still have plenty of review-less 2018 figures to cover! The Venom Legends series has been almost a unilateral win across the board so far, but there’s one figure left to review: Marvel Legends Typhoid Mary is already selling for below retail price, but that doesn’t mean she’s not a solid figure…
Continue Reading →DST hit Marvel collectors hard this week with a big batch of new product solicitations, including a mighty SIX additions to the Gallery statues line! I discussed the new movie statues yesterday, and today it’s time to shine the spotlight onto their Netflix cousins! After debuting at GameStop, the Defenders Gallery statues are getting a wide release this winter. And DST isn’t just bringing us PVC—coming our way in early 2019 as part of the Marvel Premier Collection, the first-ever resin Netflix Daredevil Statue is now up for order!
Continue Reading →The meteoric rise of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has led to many Marvel characters that were either unknown or only somewhat liked quickly becoming beloved around the world. Such is the case with Daredevil, who was once ridiculed for having one of the worst superhero movies, but has found a new lease on life thanks to Netflix. And to go with his newfound popularity, DD is getting a new 1/4 Statue: the Sideshow Exclusive Daredevil Premium Format Figure is now up for order!
Continue Reading →It was a quiet Easter weekend (and I don’t do April Fool’s Day ever—sorry to anyone disappointed), so today let’s get back into the groove and take a look back at some Marvel Legends revealed at New York Toy Fair 2018 that I’ve mainly talked about on social media to-date. The Spider-Man Marvel Legends SP//dr Series is an interesting set where the main lineup is composed of all headliners (including Doc Ock and Cloak & Dagger!)—and one Build-A-Figure many folks have never heard of…
Continue Reading →Earlier today I posted my thoughts on the comic book-based Marvel ONE:12 Collective figures revealed at the New York Toy Fair 2018, but those weren’t the only presents Mezco brought Marvel fans at Toy Fair! Along with an old friend from last Toy Fair who never made it out (Netflix Daredevil), Mezco also brought along new live-action figures of Netflix Punisher, Vigilante Daredevil, and Hela from Thor: Ragnarok!
Continue Reading →Our holiday travel plans got obliterated by snow and ice storms, which I can’t help but feel is the universe telling me that it’s time for another late Marvel Legends Review! And so, digging deep into the bag of past-due figures to review, it’s the 2017 Marvel Legends Bullseye! Despite the fact that Marvel Legends Bullseye is available for below MSRP online and not even a Netflix character at all in the “Netflix wave”, this just may be the best figure in the series…
Continue Reading →Last week I started my Marvel Knights Legends reviews with my review of Netflix Daredevil, and what with his show debuting tomorrow (and his figure being on sale for 16 bucks shipped online), the Marvel Legends Netflix Punisher was the obvious choice to follow up with. [I could say I planned to wait and review him during his series’ premiere, but I’d be totally lying.] Fans have been demanding a 6” figure of this version of Punisher since before he ever appeared in a show: will they be satisfied?
Continue Reading →I’ve been getting sidetracked with convention coverage and Thor Ragnarok merch for the past few months, but finally it’s time to take a look at one of the most anticipated waves of 6” Hasbro figures of the year: the Marvel Knights Legends Man-Thing Series (AKA Marvel Legends Netflix Series)! And there’s really no way I could kick off the reviews without a review of the headliner himself, right? The Marvel Legends Netflix Daredevil figure is on sale for 15 bucks right now, but he’s well worth regular price…
Continue Reading →At New York Comic Con 2017, Kotobukiya confirmed what most fans had already guessed: that the first entry in the ARTFX+ Defenders statues lineup would be a comics-based figure of the icon of the Netflix Marvel franchise, Daredevil. The reveal of a black costume variant right off the bat was a switch (Koto has never done variants immediately in a Marvel ARTFX+ series before), and now collectors can have their choice: both versions of the ARTFX+ Daredevil statues are now up for order!
Continue Reading →As anticipated, Bandai Tamashii Nations brought along their four previously-solicited Marvel Manga Realization Samurai figures to New York Comic Con 2017 (even the poor Samurai Spider-Man that’s 40% off online). What was not anticipated—at all—however, was that Bandai would be bringing “Approval Pending” designs of five more characters for the Manga Realization line: including Hulk, Wolverine, Deadpool and more!
