Close-Up of Marvel Legends X-Men Warlock Figure Head Sculpt

Before I dive head-first into reviewing the new Marvel Legends Guardians of the Galaxy Series, there’s one more figure from the 2017 Marvel Legends X-Men series left to talk about. You’ll have to buy the whole set to build him–but it must be fate, because this week only, you can get the case for $15 off MSRP and free shipping with code “XMEN” at WoozyMoo! It’s my favorite Marvel character ever, the shape-changing techno-organic member of the New Mutants–the Marvel Legends Warlock Build-A-Figure!

Close-Up of Marvel Legends 2017 Mantis Build A Figure

When I asked readers who they wanted to see reviewed first from the new Marvel Legends Guardians of the Galaxy Wave 2 Series that’s begun shipping from online retailers, I was expecting a landslide of votes for Adam Warlock and Nebula. But nope–the masses have spoken, and they want to hear about one of the more controversial (for some reason) BAF choices in quite some time. You have to buy six of the seven figures in GOTG Wave 2 to get her, but the Marvel Legends Mantis Build-A-Figure is very much worth it…

In a day and age where it’s tough to even get all stores to put out ther street-dated Star Wars figures on Force Friday, an unplanned near-simultaneous nationwide release on a new exclusive feels like a minor miracle. Marvel Legends SDCC 2017 Lady Thor Jane Foster Figure

We knew–without question–that a Marvel Legends Lady Thor figure was on the way after Hasbro teased us with a photo of her at the 2017 Toy Fair. We just didn’t know when or where… until photos of the SDCC 2017 Exclusive Marvel Legends Battle for Asgard set popped up online a few weeks back. But hey, while it’s far too late to act genuinely surprised now, at least we can legit ogle these hi-res photos of Marvel Legends Malekith, Ulik, Bor, Odinson and Jane Foster Thor, right?

Review Hasbro Music Mix Star Lord 12" Figure

Although the kid-friendly, low-priced Marvel Titan Hero Series 12″ figures are not exactly the cup of tea of most adult collectors, the line has continued to prove successful, and Hasbro has really upped their game with recent electronic releases in the series (including last year’s awesome Civil War Falcon). And this year, it’s Star-Lord’s turn to get the deluxe electronic treatment! The 12″ Music Mix Star-Lord figure is now available for about 20 bucks shipped–and while he won’t be for everyone, I think he’s pretty rockin’ (for a Titan Hero)…

Marvel Legends Guardians of the Galaxy Wave 2 Figures Packaged

When some retailers in the United States started receiving stock of Marvel Legends Guardians of the Galaxy Wave 2 cases last week, the writing was on the wall that Hasbro would allow online retailers to take pre-orders for the series soon. Initially I heard the rumor that pre-orders would open May 8th, but obviously that didn’t pan out. But hey, two days later is better than two months later, right? The Marvel Legends Guardians of the Galaxy Mantis Series is now up for order online!

Marvel Legends Spider-Man vs. Shocker Two-Pack Packaged

Even though Hasbro started shipping the 2017 Marvel Legends GOTG and Doctor Strange two-packs months ago, I’ve yet to see a single one of those 3 3/4″ packs in a brick-and-mortar store. So with that in mind, I was a bit dubious as to whether or not this year’s new Marvel Legends Spider-Man Homecoming two-packs would ever actually appear before me at a retail store, or if I’d have to go shopping online for them. But that question was answered for me today, when both the Vulture and Shocker packs appeared before me!

Marvel Legends Captain Universe Spider-Man Review

Some pretty bizarre things have happened to Peter Parker over the years, including growing six arms and also turning into an anthropomorphic Man-Spider (both in the same story!). But one of the absolute most wildly unexpected occurrences has to be when Spider-Man gained the semi-phenomenal cosmic powers of Captain Universe! And now, Spidey’s most powerful form is immortalized forever as a 6″ figure–the Hasbro Marvel Legends Cosmic Spider-Man figure is now available!

But luckily, while I plum forgot one of the biggest shows of the year for toy manufacturers, Hasbro has not–the SDCC 2017 Exclusive Marvel Legends set has now been revealed, featuring Lady Thor, Malekith, Ulik and more!
