While a continuing Marvel Legends Deadpool Series on paper sounded like it could get really old, really fast, Hasbro has actually managed to make the Deadpool Legends highly desirable by sprinkling in characters that are more X-Men related than necessarily Deadpool related. The 2018 Marvel Legends Deadpool Wave 1 has been incredibly popular and hard to find in stores thus far, and Wave 2 looks to be just as popular with headliners like Bishop, Omega Red and a Sauron Build-A-Figure!

UPDATE 3/23/2018: A lot of Marvel collectors were disappointed when their Toys R Us Exclusive Scarlet Witch and Vision two-pack online orders were cancelled (including me)! Many feared that their hopes of ever getting these movie figures for non-scalper prices were at an end. But worry not–we all have another chance: the Marvel Legends Vision & Scarlet Witch pack is now up for order on EE for MSRP!
Whenever I mention Gwenpool, I tend to preface it with “I don’t really like this character”. And so, I don’t think anyone will be gobsmacked to hear that my anticipation for her first 6″ figure wasn’t quite off-the-charts. Having reviewed the most in-demand figure of the series first (the Thanos Build-A-Figure), it seemed appropriate to go for the guaranteed shelf-warmer of the series with my second review.
