After his R-Rated movie hit and was successful beyond most peoples’ wildest dreams, I had little doubt that Deadpool would be the hottest Marvel character of 2016–which means way more Deadpool swag for us all to buy!

Continue Reading →It’s taken a lot longer than I expected for the first image of the LEGO Marvel Doctor Strange set to appear. While the set was shown at the UK Toy Fair in January (with photography forbidden), the Sorcerer Supreme was absent entirely at the New York Toy Fair 2016 in February. But it was only a matter of time until the Master of Mysticism made his brick-form presence felt, and the LEGO Doctor Strange 76060 movie set has now been revealed!

Though it’s just two months now until San Diego Comic-Con 2016, it’s been all quite in the Marvel SDCC 2016 exclusives front–at least, until now! Diamond Select Toys has officially announced their SDCC Exclusives for the show, and there are a lot of them! Perhaps the most exciting ones, though, are a trio of women statues from the affordably-priced PVC statue lines: SDCC Unmasked Spider-Gwen, Mohawk Captain Marvel and white Emma Frost are now up for order!

The six-inch Mezco Marvel ONE:12 Collective figures took the world by storm when they were revealed back in Februaru, but all Marvel collectors have been able to do since is sit back and wait for these Hot Toys-quality 6″ figures to be released.

Due to the fact that Play Imaginative basically took several years to release any of their super-cool Super Alloy Iron Man figures, there were many, many cancellations and few remaining collectors who ended up with their under-produced 6″ Super Alloy Iron Man Mark 42 figure. As a result, that 1/12 Mark XLII Iron Man figure has become quite rare these days. But Comicave Studios is giving 1/12 collectors another chance–their Omni Class Iron Man Mark 42 6″ figure goes up for sale this month!

Due to being a complete repaint of Iron Man Mark 42, almost every Marvel toy company was able to cash in and get their Iron Man Mark 43 figure into collectors’ hands early last year. But one company that didn’t was Good Smile Company–because there was no Figma Mark XLII! But I guess GSC had decided that it’s better later than never, because both Figma Iron Man Mark 42 & Mark 43 are now up for order! But oh yeah–one of these is a limited exclusive figure not available to U.S. buyers… yay?
