The king of exclusive figures is at it once again! This week, photos leaked out of the Phillipines of a variety of announced–and unannounced–exclusive Funko POP Vinyls figures scheduled to be released this spring. Some of these are figures that we had heard rumors of, and some of them are totally unexpected. But on the Marvel side of things, we’re now able to see three exclusive variant Funko Marvel POP Vinyl figures for the first time: Black Costume Storm, Unmasked Cyclops and Captain America Unmasked!

It’s not just raining Funko exclusives–it’s pouring them! Thanks to a leaked photo from the Phillipines, we’ve now got our first look at an assortment of upcoming exclusive POP Vinyls (plus some already released reissues and exclusives).

And before anyone asks–no, these are not going to be San Diego Comic Con exclusives. I’m sure we’ll get a whole other five dozen plus Funko exclusives for SDCC 2015, though!

…Did you get all that? Of particular interest to Marvel collectors are the three unreleased Marvel POP! Vinyls that we’re seeing here for the first time: POP Storm (Black Costume), Avengers Age of Ultron Captain America (Unmasked) and Cyclops Unmasked.

Rumors had actually begun to circulate this winter that Hot Topic would be getting a “red eyes Cyclops” and a Black Costume Storm as exclusives, and I think that these images pretty well confirm those rumors. Unmasked Captain America has a unique number designation–#92–so it’s possible that he’ll be a mass release POP. That does tend to go against Funko trends, however, so the jury is still out on that one.

I especially like the Unmasked Cyclops POP! Vinyl with his piercing red eyes–it’s just a pity that Funko didn’t give him a removable pink pair of shades from the Agent Coulson POP Vinyl figure so he could have his iconic Ruby Quartz Glasses! Oh well–I guess we’ll have to customize that ourselves!
