We’ve known for months now that Walmart had some choice Marvel Legends exclusives lined up for their pseudo-“con”, and today, the big day of “Walmart Collector Con” has finally arrived! Shipping this fall, pre-orders are now open for the exclusive 6” Marvel Legends Joe Fixit Grey Hulk, new Bucky Captain America and Morbius vs. 6-Armed Spider-Man!

For those who don’t recognize it, the Joe Fixit figure is built using most of the tooling from the Avengers GamerVerse wave Joe Fixit Build-A-Figure, but with new heads, hands, colors and awesome pinstripes.
That series wasn’t especially popular with many collectors, so a lot of fans are missing this BAF from their collections. I think this updated version of the figure at a reasonable price as a solo release is almost guaranteed to be a hit and early sell-out for Walmart.
I think this particular update looks far, far superior to the original Build-A-Figure that it’s largely built upon. Good job, Hasbro!
The decade-plus-old Captain America Bucky figure that’s been poached for its tooling a bajillion times was long overdue for an update, and we’re getting it here as part of the Avengers 60th Anniversary Collection.
I wouldn’t say that this version of Bucky Cap is perfect, but it is an improvement and a much-needed update. I have a suspicion that we may still see this iteration of Captain America revisited and improved again down the road in a few years.
Last and probably least for most folks, we’ve got the Morbius vs. Six-Armed Spider-Man two-pack revealed last week. There’s not much new here beyond an Ab crunch and fists for Spidey, but collectors who missed this the first time may be happy to add these characters to their shelf at retail price.
“WalmartCon” has begun! The exclusive Marvel Legends Joe Fixit Grey Hulk, Avengers 60th Anniversary Bucky Captain America and Morbius vs. 6-Arm Spider-Man figures are all up for pre-order now and shipping out this fall! What are you picking up (if anything), Marvel collectors?
