Hasbro kicked off the week by officially allowing orders for the Marvel Legends Grey Hulk and Retro Deadpool figures, finally making enough of both available for everyone who wants them. But now, let’s take a look at an offering from another company that few collectors will have space for—and even fewer the funds for! It’s legit one of the craziest statues I’ve ever seen in my life: the first Iron Studios X-Men vs. Sentinel statue is now up for PO! (Wait, did I say “first”…?)

UPDATE 10/24/2019: After being briefly available on Amazon and selling out in an hour yesterday, collectors who weren’t quick enough to secure the former convention exclusive have got another chance–the Marvel Legends Grey Hulk 80th Anniversary figure is back up for order online now! And this time, he’s not the only new exclusive on the block–for the first time ever in the US after being revealed during NYCC, the Marvel Legends Vintage Deadpool figure is up for order as well!

Another week, another pair of international conventions with major Hasbro Marvel Legends news! This weekend at the 2019 Lucca Convention and Manga Barcelona events, Hasbro made their presence felt with a whopping five more figures being revealed for the 2020 Marvel Legends X-Men Age of Apocalypse wave and an as-yet untitled (Black Widow) wave going up for order next year: Crossbones and AOA Sunfire, Jean Grey, Dark Beast and Wild Child!

We’re approaching a year since the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movie hit theaters, but a lot of companies are still in the midst of playing the catch-up game with merch for the much-beloved animated movie. Good Smile Company kicked off their line in the summer with a far-too-cool Miles Morales Nendoroid, and now they’re ready to launch his first “teammate”—the Nendoroid Spider-Gwen figure is now up for order! And for those who can’t get enough of Gwen—there’s a DX Version with two bodies on the menu as well!

Spooktacular may be over, but Sideshow Collectibles has one more major limited Marvel collectible to solicit this week! With the ultra-popular Scarlet Spider MMS now arriving in collectors’ hands, the time has come the next super-limited Spidey to launch: the exclusive Hot Toys Negative Suit Spider-Man figure is now up for order! And that’s not the only LE 1/6 variant HT had for fans this week–another crazy, Tron-like Iron Man armor went up for PO as well in the form of Neon Tech War Machine!

While the biggest headline news of this last week of October 2019 is unquestionably the arrival of easy pre-orders for the first pair of Hasbro Marvel Legends 2020 figures, that doesn’t mean that other companies have been quietly idling! Sideshow in particular has been active this week with their Sideshow Spooktacular event, where they launched LE 150 Shadowland Daredevil and X-Force Psylocke statues that each sold out in an hour or so, and also launched a statue many have been waiting for: the Avengers Assemble Sideshow Exclusive Black Widow statue is now up for order!

The first two Marvel Legends Build-A-Figures of next year (Super Skrull and Demogoblin) may have only been revealed exactly zero business days ago, but Hasbro is already ready to move in for the kill and lock in collectors’ 2020 dollars! That’s right–although they’re still months away from shipping, the Marvel Legends Fantastic Four and Spider-Man series are up for order now!
Here’s the direct links to the individuals for those who prefer Amazon:
Vulture ►
Shang Chi, Master of Kung Fu! ►
She-Hulk ►
I haven’t spotted the Spider-Armor Mark III PS4 Spider-Man GamerVerse variant on Amazon just yet, but he is available for PO now on BBTS.

One weekend! Two conventions! Two European countries! Four all-new Marvel Legends 2020 reveals! Hasbro brought the big guns to MCM London and Paris Comic Con this weekend, where they not only announced that the first two 2020 Marvel Legends figures series would go on sale on Monday, but they also revealed four never-before-seen action figures: Spymaster! Winter Soldier! And the Demogoblin and Super Skrull Build-A-Figures!

Just when I thought I’d already posted and talked about every new Marvel collectible I saw at New York Comic Con 2019 earlier this month, I scrolled through my camera roll and discovered I’d never talked about not one, not two, not three, but four new class comic book-based Diamond Select Toys Marvel statues! (That’s four times as many Marvel statue debuts at the show than any other company!) So without further ado, let’s check out DST’s new takes on Hellcat, Hulk, Black Panther and Vision…

Well, against all odds, it looks we can cross another character off my big list of “Marvel Characters Unlikely To Ever Be Made in 6 Inch Scale Form”. Lockjaw has consistently placed at or near the top of Marvel Legends fan polls for years now, and a 6” Lockjaw is finally officially on the way—just not from Hasbro Marvel Legends! After teasing fans with it for over a year, the Mezco ONE:12 Collective Black Bolt & Lockjaw set is now up for order! (Oh yeah, that’s right–Black Bolt is here too…)

Sideshow disappointed some folks by only bringing a singular never-before-seen Marvel statue to New York Comic Con 2019 earlier this month–but luckily, it happened to be the singular most-requested character this year for the popular X-Men series. Even so, the leader of the X-Men got sort of a mild reception from the collecting sphere at the event. Now that the Sideshow Cyclops Premium Format Figure goes up for order this afternoon and all of the options and official photos have been posted, has this Cyke become a must-have….?

While it may seem like every major high-end collectibles company in the world is churning out Marvel products these days, there are actually still some holdouts out there. But that number is decreasing by one this week, as Pop Culture Shock Collectibles will be entering the fray this week with their first-ever Marvel Statue: the PCS 1:3 PS4 Spider-Man GamerVerse Statue Exclusive is now up for order! I saw it at NYCC—was I impressed enough to take notice?

In the build-up to San Diego Comic Con 2019 in July, Hot Toys posted some very obvious teasers for what are the two biggest omissions from their Avengers Endgame MMS 1/6 figure lineup: Endgame (Fat) Thor and (Professor) Hulk. Hot Toys pulled the rug out from under us by actually not displaying either of those at SDCC 2019, but as we venture further into fall, they’re finally ready to play their two biggest remaining cards: the Hot Toys Endgame Thor and Hulk figures are now up for order!

We’re only one week removed from New York Comic Con 2019, but Hasbro is already back at it again with another Marvel Legends 2020 figure reveal! Given the popularity of the PS4 Spider-Man Gamerverse figure from last year, this shouldn’t have caught me off-guard—but it did! 2020 Marvel Legends Avengers Square Enix video game figures are on the way—starting with GamerVerse Iron Man!

UPDATE 10/10/2019: For those who weren’t wild about trying their luck with a collectible figure from Target, it looks like their exclusive timed pre-order window is at an end–the Marvel Legends Stan Lee figure is now up for PO online from EE and other online retailers!
And if your preference is still other online retailers, stay tuned… I suspect those will be coming soon as well…)
