Last week, Mezco Toyz began “the great money siege of 2015” when they put their very first Marvel ONE:12 Collective figure up for order: modern Captain America. While that was a figure that I couldn’t resist, Cap just whet my appetite for the 1/12th action figure that impressed me more than any other at Toy Fair 2016. And thankfully, I don’t have to wait any longer to get in my reservation! Here comes the Man without Fear: the ONE:12 Collective Daredevil figure is now available for order!

Let there be absolutely no doubt about it: we are living in a golden age for Marvel figures and collectibles. And while the market has been starting to get a wee bit crowded over the past year or two, another company is about to enter the fray. At their pre-New York Toy Fair 2016 press event today, Mezco Toyz revealed the first seven figures that they’ll be releasing in their all-new mixed media Marvel One:12 Collective figures line: Captain America, Daredevil and the Punisher!

Unannounced Funko Deadpool & Daredevil Toys at Target!

As I was out on the prowl at my local Target yesterday, I noticed that they had an entire end cap set up for Funko products that isn’t usually there.

That end cap was unfortunately cleaned out but for three plain Netflix Daredevil POP Vinyls, but others were luckier than I, as the fully-stocked display includes several as-yet unannounced Funko Deadpool, Daredevil and Punisher toys…
