When Hasbro announced the return of Marvel Legends 6” figures back in 2011, it was the Odinson himself leading the charge as a SDCC exclusive: the modern Thor design from the legendary J. Michael Straczynski run! That figure also appeared in the Terrax wave and is one I’ve still had on a nearby shelf to this day. But a decade and a half later, Hasbro has decided it’s time to upgrade that figure to the max: Marvel Legends Maximum Thor (with Throg!) is now up for order!

While every release in the Marvel Legends Maximum line of figures so far has had its naysayers, I think Maximum Deadpool received the chilliest reception at reveal. Marvel Legends has had a flurry of pre-orders since SDCC 2025 last month, with a surprising number of which being for items not even shown or revealed during that event. Today brings us another pair of figures that were just revealed over the past week, and both are updates that may appeal to the X-Men crowd: Marvel Legends Maximum Deadpool (with Doop!) and a solo release of the Strong Guy BAF are now up for order!

Marvel Legends Green Hulk 2025 Maximum Action Figure Review

Marvel Legends collectors are currently in the midst of a civil war (no, not that Civil War) over the second (and latest) release in the Marvel Legends Maximum Series of figures : Maximum Hulk.
