Ever since Marvel Legends Wild Child was revealed in summer 2019, fans have been anticipating that a second wave of X-Men Marvel Legends Age of Apocalypse figures including Sabretooth MUST be in the works. There were some trepidation the first series didn’t sell so well and might jeopardize the sequel, but Hasbro laid those fears to rest this past week when the Marvel Legends X-Men Age of Apocalypse Wave 2 Series went up for pre-order! With 7 single-packed figures and the first-ever AOA Colossus as the Build-A-Figure, is this wave a can’t miss for X-Men fans?

Hasbro has given fans of the MCU Iron Man movies a lot of love over the past two weeks, including new Infinity Saga action figures of Tony in armors ranging from the Mark III to the House Party Protocol Midas armor to his final battle Mark L armor. They’ve given us figures of Iron Man’s wife and even his personal chauffeur. And now? Now it’s time for his first arch-enemy! The rumors are true, but there’s a bit more to it: the Infinity Saga Marvel Legends Iron Monger and Obadian Stane figures two-pack is now up for order!

Hasbro has hit us with a plethora of big surprises lately with their MCU movie-inspired Marvel Legends Infinity Saga series of 6” figures, but none of the ones they’ve unveiled to date have been as literally big as today’s! Thor Ragnarok fans take notice—an all-new 13” Marvel Legends Surtur figure is now up for pre-order! He’s about double the size and double the cost of a normal Marvel Legends action figure: do you need one?
Continue Reading →After they kicked off this week with the announcement of three new Marvel Legends Infinity Saga figures, I don’t think anyone was expecting to hear more from Hasbro about the popular movie-based 6″ figure line this week. But appearing out of nowhere, Hasbro struck this afternoon with five more additions to their Marvel Legends Infinity Saga series: the Amazon Exclusive Endgame Captain Marvel and Pepper Potts 2-Pack, Target Exclusive Happy Hogan and Iron Man Mark XXI and Iron Man Mark 3 figures are all up for pre-order now! Which are worth your dollars, Marvel collectors?
Continue Reading →Hasbro has already filled in a number of the most prominent omissions from their 6” Marvel Legends figures lineup of MCU movie characters with this year’s Infinity Saga series (including the long-awaited AOU Quicksilver movie figure), and now they’re about to plug another 3 holes that some fans may not even realized that they were missing! Leaked yesterday and officially announced today with hi-res photos, the Infinity Saga Marvel Legends Odin and Endgame Final Battle Thanos and Iron Man figures are now up for order! Are these new additions you’ll need for *your* collection?
Continue Reading →At this point, there aren’t that many major MCU heroes that haven’t had their own Hasbro Marvel Legends movie figure yet. But of the characters remaining, there’s little doubt that the most requested has long been Pietro Maximoff from Avengers Age of Ultron. After years of fans demanding him, the wait is finally at an end this year, though: the Hasbro Marvel Legends Quicksilver Infinity Saga figure is now up for order! Does this figure live up to the hype after years of collector outcry?
Continue Reading →Hasbro has slowly been giving us peeks at the hotly-rumored Marvel Legends Disney+ series over the course of the past few months, so it didn’t take a psychic to know what they had up their sleeve when they announced a Fan First Monday Marvel livestream for three days after the last episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was released. And sure enough, the biggest announcement today was what fans have been waiting for: Marvel Legends WandaVision, Loki and Falcon and Winter Soldier series figures are now up for order!

Taking into consideration that Hasbro had literally managed to avoid even announcing the Shang-Chi Marvel Legends figures series until last week despite the fact that the figures were literally beginning to show up on store shelves, it seemed like a “for sure” that Hasbro was going to officially premiere the wave and open pre-orders during this Monday’s Marvel Fan First Monday. But nope–in a shocking plot twist, sets and individual figures of the entire Marvel Legends Shang-Chi Series went up for order late Saturday night! Let’s have a look now at one of the worst-kept ML secrets in ages…
Continue Reading →While the big news coming out of last week’s Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest event was definitely the Iron Man Marvel Legends 2021 Figures series, that wasn’t all that Hasbro had up their sleeves for the event. Not only did the latest in the line of prop replicas makes its first appearance—the Marvel Legends Eye of Agamotto—but the hotly rumored (okay, leaked) Marvel Legends Infinity Saga Figures series was officially announced, beginning with the Avengers Endgame Final Battle Thor 6″ figure!
Continue Reading →Hasbro has been hyping this week’s Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest, and they didn’t disappoint with a double-digit number of new Marvel figures revealed! While leaks spoiled some of the surprise of the 2021 Marvel Legends Iron Man series, it’s still one of the most eclectic waves around–and with one of the most unexpected Build-A-Figures in Ursa Major! The Iron Man Legends Ursa Major BAF series is now up for order: which figures are on your “must-buy” list?

Yesterday had the distinction of being not just one, but two, not-quite-real holidays: April Fool’s Day and Deadpool Day! And as unlikely as it seems, Hasbro chose to celebrate this pair of holidays with a pair of very unexpected pre-orders: Spider-Man Retro Marvel Legends Web-Man and a reissue of 80th Anniversary Deadpool are now up for order! These standalone releases won’t be for every fan (for different reasons), but some are gonna love them…
Continue Reading →Over the years, Hasbro has released many of the biggest and baddest villains in the Marvel Universe as Build-A-Figures. From Thanos and Rhino to Sauron and Apocalypse, we’ve gotten iconic villain after villain in BAF form. And now… we have a Marvel Legends Stilt-Man Build-A-Figure that can be assembled by buying the first Marvel Legends 2021 Spider-Man Series. I never expected we’d see a toy of this character beyond a Minimates figure, but here he is. This is likely to be the only 6” Stilt-Man action figure ever made. Is it a great one?
Continue Reading →Even though we’re almost a full quarter into 2021 now, only two waves of Hasbro Marvel Legends 2021 figures have actually hit stores. That’s a bummer since I like having ample new figures to buy, but I’m also thankful since I’m already way behind on reviews. But this week I’ll be knocking out reviews for both of the Marvel Legends Build-A-Figures so far—and I’m starting with the one that’s somehow even more Z-List than Stilt-Man! The Marvel Legends Tri-Sentinel BAF can be assembled by buying 6/7ths of this year’s House of X Marvel Legends X-Men series: is this a Sentinel worth building?
Continue Reading →Jonathan Hickman’s House of X/Powers of X is basically the equivalent of the X-Men holy bible in my eyes, so there was never a doubt I would drop everything to review this year’s House of X Marvel Legends X-Men Series figures as soon as I got the set in-hand. And after having to wait a few days for the last figure to arrive so I could bust open the whole set, she’s finally here! Marvel Legends House of X Marvel Girl is the fastest-selling figure in this year’s X-Men Legends series—let’s see if she’s worthy of the hype!
Continue Reading →Hasbro has been teasing us with a 2021 Marvel Legends series filled with villains ever since the second half of 2020, and today they have finally put all their cards on the table and fully-revealed the wave! Teased as a “Bring on the Bad Guys” series, the official name for the wave is apparently “Marvel Legends Super Villains” (probably a more logical name!) and is now up for order! And the Build-A-Figure is one I don’t think many saw coming: the classic Marvel horror monster, Xemnu!
