The fact that Disney decided late in the game that they didn’t want toy manufacturers “spoiling” the fact that Ant-Man was going to turn into Giant-Man in the “Captain America Civil War” movie–after many companies had already nearly finished production on their Civil War toys–is causing all the sorts of problems that you might expect. Primarily, Civil War figures that should be arriving any day now at stores can’t even be put up for pre-order yet. But on ebay, some cases of the 6″ Marvel Legends Giant-Man Series have already been released, giving us our first look at packaged photos and the Giant-Man Build-A-Figure!

When the lineup for the first 2016 Marvel Legends Captain America series was revealed, I was dead certain that Mockingbird, Bobbi Morse, was destined to be the hottest figure in the wave. As things ended up, Taskmaster stole that honor and became the most sought-after figure in the assortment… but not by much! The Marvel Legends Mockingbird figure is selling for a couple bucks above MSRP right now on the aftermarket–and it’s because she’s worth it!

Alright, now this is just getting crazy. After the enormous number of 6″ Marvel Legends action figures I talked about in my 2016 Toy Fair Hasbro coverage yesterday, you might think that I’ve already talked about everything that Hasbro had to offer at the event. But you would be wrong–because there’s still a ton of exclusives! Hasbro finally confirmed the home of the Marvel Legends Namor figure they teased us with last year, as well as announcing exclusive Marvel Legends movie Falcon, Bucky, Agent 13 and more!

With the mind-boggling amount of new product that’s been revealed over the course of the last week, I didn’t quite get a chance to read about the new Hasbro Marvel Legends Premium Role-Playing Costume items when they were announced yesterday. But that was okay, because I got to see them for the first time today in-person at the Hasbro Press Event, where I got to see the 24″ life-size Captain America Shield Replica and the new electronic Iron Man Helmet that both just went up for sale in action!

Toy Fair 2016: Marvel Legends Scarlet Witch Movie Figure!

Some computer listings leaked out the supposed lineup for the 2016 Marvel Legends Captain America Wave 3 figures earlier this month, but I was doubtful that we were close enough to the release of that series that the figures would be on display at the New York Toy Fair 2016 this weekend. And as expected, the whole series wasn’t on display. But–BUT!! Hasbro did give us a pretty fantastic treat, with a look at a pair of new figures from the wave–including the hotly-demanded Marvel Legends Scarlet Witch movie figure!

Toy Fair 2016: Marvel Legends 2016 Spider-Man Wave 2!

While Hasbro was only able to show off half of the Marvel Legends Doctor Strange series of figures (due to the movie characters making up part of the assortment), they made up for it in a big way by sharing half of the Marvel Legends 2016 Spider-Man Wave 2 figures as well! The big star of the show here is the new 6″ Marvel Legends Miles Morales Spider-Man figure, but he’s joined by a number of heavy-hitters, including Ultimate Spider-Man Peter Parker, a new Hobgoblin, Silk and more!

Toy Fair 2016 Marvel Legends Doctor Strange Series Photos!

Word snuck out a month or so ago that Hasbro was planning a 2016 Marvel Legends Doctor Strange series to coincide with the movie’s release this fall, but Hasbro never confirmed that news or any action figure lineup–until today!

At the 2016 Toy Fair, Hasbro revealed part of the Doctor Strange Marvel Legends Series, including a repainted Dormammu Build-A-Figure, Nico Minoru and Iron Fist!

Well, life is about to get a whole lot tougher for those folks, as Hasbro is announcing a new 12″ Mavel Legends scale this weekend as part of the New York Toy Fair 2015 festivities! And of course, the first to the party are everyone’s favorites: Captain America and Iron Man!
