Medicom hit the Marvel toy collecting world with a real curveball earlier this year, when the first-ever Marvel comic-based MAFEX figure that they put up for sale was the newcomer Gwenpool. While MAFEX Gwenpool was definitely a fun and unique choice to lead off the line, she’s not exactly the kind of character that’s going to lure in tens of thousands of collectors. No, that distinction goes to the second release in the series: the MAFEX Spider-Man Comic Version figure is now up for order!

The latest addition is a completely unexpected one: a 1:2 Scale Deadpool Bust! And half-scale Wade has a solicitation buddy—the Marvel Gallery Wolverine PVC Statue is also up for order!

But now, a new player is entering the Avengers 3 game domestically: the Bandai SH Figuarts Infinity War figures are now available for order in the U.S.! As usual, most are priced a bit expensive because of license restrictions, but the price on Thanos isn’t half bad…

A couple weeks back, we got our first packaged look at the latest addition to the series of Walmart Exclusive Marvel Legends: Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet! With the big launch date for the Avengers Infinity War toys coming up on March 3, many surmised we’d be seeing this comics-based Thanos figure in stores on or around that date. Magneto is hands-down one of the most popular and legendary Marvel villains ever, and has had an appropriately large number of statues released to match his reputation. The thing is, most of those large statues are long sold-out and astronomically-priced on the aftermarket, and not everyone can afford a $700 Sideshow Magneto. But Diamond Select Toys had a major reasonably-priced reveal at the 2018 Toy Fair this weekend, and it’s coming sooner than we thought: the Marvel Premier Collection Magneto Statue is now up for order!

With the “obvious” selections of ONE:12 Collective Homemade Suit Spider-Man and movie Black Panther being revealed in the buildup to New York Toy Fair 2018, I really wasn’t sure what I’d be seeing added to the Marvel ONE:12 Collective series walking into the Mezco Toyz booth at the show. As it turns out, the three comic-based figures debuted were all ones I wouldn’t have guessed: ONE:12 Collective Blade, Cable and Cyclops Figures!
