Marvel Legends X-23 Wolverine Figure Review (Deadpool Sauron Series)

X-23 Wolverine Marvel Legends Figure vs. Omega Red

Earlier this year, Hasbro gave 6” figure collectors their very first dose of a modern X-23 Marvel Legends figure in the Deadpool Sasquatch Series with X-Force X-23. I was taken off-guard by how much I liked that figure, primarily because of its awesome head sculpt. But a few months later, Hasbro hit Laura Kinney fans up again with the version of the character everyone had been waiting for: the Marvel Legends X-23 Wolverine figure! Though she’s hard to find in some areas, you can get ML X-23 Wolverine online for MSRP without a fuss—should you?

REVIEW: Marvel Legends Omega Red Figure (Deadpool Sauron Series)

Marvel Legends Omega Red Review

While I initially thought that there might not be enough marketable related characters to produce a second wave of Deadpool Legends, Hasbro drew from a much deeper well and used the Sauron Series to give us an assortment that’s more of a pseudo second X-Men wave for the year than anything else. And one of its highlights is an X-Men villain we haven’t seen in 6” form in 13 years! Marvel Legends Omega Red is available now online for above retail price: should you replace your Toybiz version with this one?

Sideshow X-Force Deadpool Life-Size Bust Up for Order! LE 100!

Sideshow X-Force Deadpool Life Size Bust Pre-Order

Bust collecting is dying. There’s almost no doubt about it: Whether it’s life-size busts or mini-busts, statue companies are having very hard time these days finding more than a few hundred collectors interested in any one bust. But perhaps Sideshow Collectibles has the right idea with their latest attempt, as they’re not even going to try to find hundreds. Instead, they’re going right for an edition size that’s almost unheard of for a Marvel Statue: the LE 100 (yes, 100!!) X-Force Deadpool Life Size Bust is now up for order!

REVIEW: Marvel Legends Sauron Build-A-Figure (Deadpool Series)

Marvel Legends Sauron Build-A-Figure Review

Last weekend was a good one for Marvel Legends fans, with six new figures debuting at two different cons! And it’s not over yet, with a few more 2019 figures to be officially revealed at Lucca Comics & Games convention this week! But while we wait, it’s time for me to dig back into my deep cache of this year’s Hasbro figures that I haven’t reviewed yet, and today I’m reviewing one of the biggest (literally and metaphorically speaking) figures of the year: the Marvel Legends Sauron Build-A-Figure is selling for $60+ on the aftermarket–is he worth it?

Exclusive Hot Toys Dusty Deadpool 1/6 Figure Up for Order!

Dusty Deadpool Hot Toys Figure Running

For years, sixth scale collectors have decried the numerous repaints and palette swaps of Iron Man MMS figures that Hot Toys have frequently released. REVIEW: Marvel Premier Collection Deadpool Statue (DST)

Marvel Premier Collection Deadpool Statue Review

Today I’m going to interrupt the seemingly never-ending stream of 2018 Marvel Legends figures that I still have to write reviews for to talk about a statue I’ve been looking forward to writing a review for for almost a year! I analyzed the outstanding Cable companion piece last month, and now it’s Deadpool’s turn! Is the 11” Marvel Premier Collection Deadpool statue worth 135 bucks shipped, or is Cable better off all by his lonesome?

Marvel MAFEX Deadpool & Evil Gwenpool Figures Up for Order!

Medicom MAFEX Deadpool and Evil Gwenpool Figures

This has been a rather quiet week Hasbro-wise, but several of the other companies making 6”-7” Marvel figures have been taking advantage of the respite to launch new toys of their own. And one of those companies is Medicom, who’s just solicited the third and fourth figures in their new MAFEX series: MAFEX Deadpool and Evil Gwenpool (?!?) are now up for order! I admit I don’t have a clue who Evil Gwenpool is—but that is one sweet action figure…

Deadpool Marvel Legends Cable Figure Review

After close to a year since the first figures were shown at SDCC 2017, the 2018 X-Men Marvel Legends Apocalypse Series finally went up for order yesterday! Such a momentous occassion has understandably put me into an X-Men kinda mood.
