It’s a weird time to be a DC Direct collector, as DC Direct decided to cut ties with Diamond Distributors this week. Two Marvel topics guaranteed to get me warm and fuzzy are Marvel mini busts and the various 90s animated cartoon series (headlined by the X-Men and Spider-Man cartoons). After Diamond Select Toys acquired Gentle Giant Ltd. earlier this year, there were some early trepidations that it might be curtains for some of Gentle Giant’s long-running Marvel lines such as their busts and Skottie Young Babies.
