You wouldn’t know it based off the hype levels, but believe it or not, there’s actually a third series of Hasbro Marvel Legends 6″ figures that went up for order this week–a series that’s flying under the radar because it doesn’t contain any X-Men or movie Scarlet Witch figures. The Marvel Legends Spider-Man 2016 Wave 3 series isn’t even getting much of a push yet from Hasbro, but finally we’ve got some decent pictures of the wave from a Taiwanese event…

Yesterday, the most-anticipated wave of Marvel Legends that I can remember ever went up for order: the set of 8 Marvel Legends X-Men Series figures with Juggernaut Build-A-Figure! At the time, Hasbro still hadn’t released clear images of most of the figures in the series. But this afternoon, the hi-res photos of Marvel Legend Deadpool, Phoenix, Rogue, Cable and more finally appeared! And I gotta say: these figures look good…

And the big Hasbro Marvel Legends news keeps right on coming this week! Hot on the heels of three new series of Marvel Legends 6″ figures going up for order in the past 24 hours, a mysterious auction listing has now turned up online that shows off what’s almost certainly this year’s SDCC 2016 Exclusive Marvel Legends 4″ figures set: Marvel Legends The Collector, Howard the Duck, Cosmo the Space Dog, Moon Boy and Lockjaw!

Heads up, true believers! Hasbro has been teasing us about it for over half a year, but the time has finally arrived for the most talked-about Marvel Legends wave in years: the Marvel Legends X-Men Juggernaut Series is now up for order!
With one of each of eight new 6″ figures and an impressive Juggernaut Build-A-Figure in every case, this hands-down may be the best case of Hasbro Marvel Legends 6″ figures ever released!

Over the weekend, many sites published “Confidential”-stamped images of the next wave of Spider-Man Marvel Legends 2016 figures: the Space Venom Build-A-Figure series! Posting and discussing that manner of info goes against my policy, so I’ve stayed quiet about it for a few days.
But not anymore–! The clock has struck midnight on June 1st, and the Marvel Legends Spider-Man Space Venom Series is now up for order!

When it rains Legends, it pours Legends! We’ve known for a few weeks now that the newest series of Hasbro X-Men Marvel Legends and Spider-Man Marvel Legends 6″ figures would be going up for order on June 1st 2016. Two series of $20 each figures at once can be a lot to handle–but out of nowhere, a third wave has been added to the mix tonight! Though we weren’t expecting it until fall, the Marvel Legends Captain America Civil War Wave 3 cases are now up for order–with movie Scarlet Witch figure!

Back in March, Hot Toys launched pre-orders for their New Avengers Scarlet Witch Movie Promo figure, and it was–in no uncertain terms–a blockbuster hit, selling out in under 12 hours (the fastest sell-out time for a female Hot Toys figure ever).
So it should come as a shock to no one that Hot Toys has decided to fully complete Team Cap with their latest sixth scale figure: the Hot Toys Civil War Scarlet Witch MMS figure is now up for order!

I don’t think that there’s any contest as far as what’s being the most talked-about and most anticipated Hasbro Marvel Legends 6″ series of 2016–the X-Men wave!
And while Hasbro teased us last week with the first look at the head of the wave’s BAF, in honor of Memorial Day they’re showing us the full toy for the very first time: it’s the X-Men Marvel Legends Juggernaut Build-A-Figure!

While there weren’t a whole lot of Marvel Legends 3.75″ figures on display at Toy Fair 2016 in the winter, one figure there absolutely caught my eye more than all the others: the Living Laser. This figure captivated me not just because the Living Laser a character that I would have never expected to see released in a mass-market toy line (even his 5″ Toybiz figure got canned), but also because he was the most visually-compelling 4″ Marvel Legends figure on display at the show. Fast foward three months, and I got my Marvel Legends Living Laser online for 14 bucks shipped. But am I satisfied with my purchase…?

I thought it was safe to go out to lunch for an hour today, secure in the assumption that there probably wouldn’t be any important Marvel toy news while I was out in the middle of the day. But you know what they say about “assumptions”, and that proved true again today! This afternoon, Hasbro dropped a bombshell by revealing not only the eighth and final figure in the 2016 Marvel Legends X-Men Series–Wolverine–but they also officially confirmed the long-rumored build-a-figure: Juggernaut!

Two years ago, Funko produced a pretty extensive and well-rounded Guardians of the Galaxy POP Vinyls series, which I was honestly totally satisfied with… with one exception! While we got POPs of everyone from Thanos to Yondu to Howard the Duck, my favorite cameo character from the movie was missing. But no longer–the first Specialty Series Funko POP Vinyls Cosmo the Space Dog is now up for order! And he’s got an anthropomorphic friend accompanying him: Dorbz Howard the Duck!

Marvel Minimates are one of the lines that we can pretty much always count on having some killer exclusives for San Diego Comic-Con each year, and 2016 is no exception! Not only are we getting the first-released Netflix Daredevil Season 2 figures from any company, but SDCC 2016 will complete the Civil War Minimates figures roster with a Scarlet Witch: the 2016 SDCC Exclusive Minimates are now up for order!

Though it’s just two months now until San Diego Comic-Con 2016, it’s been all quite in the Marvel SDCC 2016 exclusives front–at least, until now! Diamond Select Toys has officially announced their SDCC Exclusives for the show, and there are a lot of them! Perhaps the most exciting ones, though, are a trio of women statues from the affordably-priced PVC statue lines: SDCC Unmasked Spider-Gwen, Mohawk Captain Marvel and white Emma Frost are now up for order!

The day that Netflix Daredevil fans have been waiting for has finally arrived: highly-detailed, show-accurate Netflix Daredevil figures are on the way! No, they’re not coming in the Hasbro Marvel Legends 6″ line just yet–they’re going to be a little bit bigger (and a whole lot more expensive).
Coming our way soon: Hot Toys Netflix Daredevil sixth scale figures! And Daredevil’s not coming alone–he’s bringing Hot Toys Punisher along for the ride!

I’ve fallen behind a bit while I’ve been sick this week (though I did rouse myself out of bed long enough to talk about Funko), so I’ve got a lot to catch up on today. First and most importantly is a major new figure from my favorite Marvel movie. That’s right, get out your pitchforks: I mean “Iron Man 3”. But while that movie isn’t exactly popular (for some reason), I suspect the topic of this post will be: the SH Figuarts Tony Stark figure is now up for order! And Bandai also announced another figure some folks are gonna wait: the Figuarts Iron Man Mark 3…
