Hasbro has managed to hide this year’s San Diego Comic-Con exclusive Marvel Legends 6″ set for far longer than ever before, and also longer than most any other company’s SDCC exclusives. But the waiting and wondering may now be over, as photos have now leaked online revealing what is likely the SDCC 2016 Marvel Legends exclusive set, featuring Enchantress, Dreadknight, Purple Man and more!

Given that it’s been almost an entire year since the last two Square-Enix Marvel Play Arts Kai figures were revealed–and also how the whole line is among the most copiously bootlegged Marvel toys I’ve ever seen–I thought that perhaps we’d seen the end of Marvel PAK. But it turns out that Square-Enix had at least three more releases up their sleeves that they’ve now put up for order–all of which repaints, but two of which might as well be Play Arts Kai Carnage and War Machine!

While most toy and collectible companies have started to go quiet, storing up their secrets for next month’s San Diego Comic-Con 2016, we’ve still got a steady influx of Hasbro Marvel Legends figures news to talk about! And today, photos … Continue Reading →
As is becoming the trend with Hasbro Marvel Legends 6″ figures in 2016, the last figure that we hadn’t seen yet (and which Hasbro still hasn’t officially announced at all) is the Build-A-Figure of the Marvel Legends Spider-Man 2016 Wave 2 set: Space Knight Venom. We’ve seen photos of the broken-up pieces of Space Venom before in packaged photos, but today photos cropped up online for the very first time showing us the completed Marvel Legends Space Venom Build-A-Figure, along with size and scale comparison photos to the rest of the wave!

Marvel has begun giving female characters their rightful spotlight in recent years, so it seems only right that that focus has moved to on now to the Funko Marvel Collector Corps Women of Power box! Well here’s a strange turn of events! Although the 6″ Marvel Legends Spider-Man Space Venom Series has been up for order for over two weeks now, Hasbro has yet to officially release any images of almost half the wave.
But now they’ve been beaten to the punch by their own distribution, as the summer Spider-Man Legends figures series has hit eBay after being released in Hong Kong!

When Diamond Select Toys teased a new “big” Marvel Select figure coming up this year, I heard a huge range of characters guessed, with some of the most popular choices being Apocalypse and Abomination.
But the latest “big daddy” Marvel Select figure actually turns out to actually be a real “big daddy”–the Marvel Select Odin the Destroyer figure is now up for order! And this figure is a monster…

One of the questions I’ve been getting regularly since it was revealed back in February is “When is the Figma Deadpool figure coming out?” So when I woke up this morning and saw a new import Deadpool figure, I thought for a moment it was the Figma. But in fact, Kaiyodo has beaten Max Factory to the punch–the totally-unannounced (until now) Revoltech Deadpool figure has now been fully revealed! And I gotta say–this is a Deadpool like none I’ve seen before…

Even though cases of this summer’s Hasbro Marvel Legends X-Men Series of 6″ figures went up for order a couple weeks ago containing all eight figures in the wave and no duplicates, some collectors only want to pick-and-choose some of their favorite X-Men without having to buy a whole case. As such, folks have been asking me pretty much every single day when Amazon would be listing these figures for individual purchase. Well, I finally have the answer so many of you have been waiting for: the X-Men Legends 6″ Series is now up for order on Amazon with free shipping!

Way back in February 2016, the very first mass-released Captain America Civil War movie toy hit store shelves: the surprisingly-decent Marvel Legends Civil War Captain America Motorcycle and figure set. The back of the box for that item showed off a second figure in the box set assortment–a movie Falcon figure, but Falcon was nowhere to be found at retail. Fast-forward four months, and the time has come for Sam Wilson to spread his wings: auction listings for the Marvel Legends Civil War Falcon figure has now begun appearing online, and the figure is expected to fly into mass retail any day now…

We got our first official look at the Amazing Spider-Man statue kicking off the Kotobukiya Spider-Man ARTFX+ Series of statues yesterday, but at the time Koto hadn’t revealed the full lineup.

It begins again! Having spent the past two years building the core rosters of the Marvel NOW! Avengers and X-Men teams in ARTFX+ statue form, Kotobukiya is moving on to the other most-beloved corner of the Marvel Universe for their next series of 1/10 scale statues: Spider-Man!
And what better character to lead off this new theme than ol’ Amazing Spidey himself? The Kotobukiya Spider-Man ARTFX+ statue goes up for order later this week!

After his R-Rated movie hit and was successful beyond most peoples’ wildest dreams, I had little doubt that Deadpool would be the hottest Marvel character of 2016–which means way more Deadpool swag for us all to buy!
But while all the expected Deadpool toys like the Marvel Legends and Hot Toys and Funko POPs have appeared, this week a humongous surprise arrived out of nowhere–an 18″ quarter-scale NECA Deadpool figure is now up for order!

While the set was shown at the UK Toy Fair in January (with photography forbidden), the Sorcerer Supreme was absent entirely at the New York Toy Fair 2016 in February. But it was only a matter of time until the Master of Mysticism made his brick-form presence felt, and the LEGO Doctor Strange 76060 movie set has now been revealed!
UPDATE: Images have been removed from the site as per the request of The LEGO Group.
