Hasbro won’t hold their annual San Diego Comic Con Marvel Legends panel until this weekend, but they’ve come out on swinging on the first day of SDCC nonetheless! In advance of the inevitable slew of announcements coming up in a few days, Marvel Legends Endgame Wave 3 has now been revealed and is up for order—including Valkyrie, Heimdall, Iron Patriot, Vision and even a Bro (Fat) Thor Build-A-Figure!

When we made it all the way to the week of SDCC 2019 with every single Marvel Legends figure shown at Toy Fair up for PO except for the non-Fan Channel 80th Anniversary Series, it didn’t take a psychic to prophesy that they were being held onto for a grand Comic Con launch. Hasbro has been on a roll this year revisiting fan-favorite characters that haven’t been done since the Toybiz days, and that trend continues with today’s review. Marvel Legends Hydro-Man seemed like a shoe-in to be a quick sellout online with his unique design and appearance in Spider-Man Far From Home, but he’s stuck around longer at MSRP longer than I would have predicted. Just when it seemed as though the Toy Fair Exclusive Scarlet Spider sixth scale figure was a lock for “Fastest Hot Toys Sell-Out of 2019” after going to Wait List in under 12 hours, Hot Toys dropped a bombshell this week when they revealed an MMS that’s likely to blow poor Scarlet Spider’s sales out of the water! For whatever crazy reason, Bandai Tamashii didn’t have enough faith in the SH Figuarts Infinity War Thor figure to mass release it. It was a limited web exclusive in Asia, and didn’t get a domestic release at all. Consequently, that Thor Figuarts is hugely expensive and difficult for U.S. collectors to obtain now. But Medicom has wisely stepped up to bat to come to the rescue and fill the void with their own 6” scale import of the Avengers 3 God of Thunder: the MAFEX Thor Infinity War figure is now up for order!
