At this point, we can feel pretty confident that every new Marvel Cinematic Universe movie that comes out will be accompanied by at least one Marvel Select action figure, as every single MCU movie since Avengers–except the first Guardians of the Galaxy–has. As such, it was more a question of “when” than “if” we’d see Thor Ragnarok figures announced. But the inevitable has occurred, and we can all start getting pumped up now–the Marvel Select Ragnarok Thor & Gladiator Hulk figures are now up for order!

For the first time ever, The LEGO Group (TLG) is releasing movie sets to coincide with the release of a Thor movie–this fall’s “Thor Ragnarok” movie! The builds themselves don’t look that grandiose, but that’s not what people really buy LEGO Marvel sets for. Get ready for the first-ever minifigures of Gladiator Hulk, Thor with a helmet, and even Hela!

Here I thought that I had discussed all of the new Marvel Legends shown in my New York Toy Fair 2017 coverage last weekend, when I flipped through my photos today and realized I never talked about a trio that didn’t debut at the show. Not only did Hasbro bring the soon-to-be-shipping Marvel Legends 12″ Deadpool to show off at Toy Fair, but they also had the recently-revealed 12″ Thor and 14.5″ Hulk there. And I have to say, both these figures look a lot better than I expected in person…
