I so badly want to get back to posting reviews (I have a floor full of new figures waiting for review like you would not believe) and discussing some of the smaller companies’ new toys that I saw at New York Toy Fair 2017–but it looks like those things are going to have to wait a bit more, because the Hasbro Marvel Legends train isn’t slowing down at all! We only saw them revealed last weekend, but now Spider-Man Homecoming Marvel Legends packaged photos have already turned up!

Here I thought that I had discussed all of the new Marvel Legends shown in my New York Toy Fair 2017 coverage last weekend, when I flipped through my photos today and realized I never talked about a trio that didn’t debut at the show. Not only did Hasbro bring the soon-to-be-shipping Marvel Legends 12″ Deadpool to show off at Toy Fair, but they also had the recently-revealed 12″ Thor and 14.5″ Hulk there. And I have to say, both these figures look a lot better than I expected in person…
Continue Reading →While I was at Target this morning hysterically tossing the new X-Men Marvel Legends figures into my basket, I caught a glimpse of something out of the corner of my eye that it took my brain a moment to comprehend. Though I hadn’t heard any reports about them hitting stores yet, the Marvel Universe scale 3.75″ Marvel Legends 2017 Wave 1 figures were all in-stock and in front of my face, including X-23 Wolverine, Moon Knight, Maestro and more!
Continue Reading →While the staff and photographers of the biggest Marvel toy news sites across the world (and me) were all congregating in New York City last weekend for New York Toy Fair 2017, a pretty crazy thing happened–and I mean crazy. Even though Hasbro still hasn’t allowed online retailers to even begin taking orders for this year’s X-Men Marvel Legends 2017 Warlock Series figures, the figures physically appeared (and disappeared) on store shelves at Target stores across the country–and shortly thereafter began flooding ebay at inflated prices…
Continue Reading →Just when you thought that there was no possible way that Hasbro could possibly have a single more Marvel Legends figure to reveal at New York Toy Fair 2017, they go and send out promotional images of two exclusive figures that weren’t allowed to be photographed at the show yesterday! While there’s no news on a future Marvel Legends X-Men series at this time, we can console ourselves with this exclusive Marvel Legends Dark Phoenix & Cyclops two-pack!
Continue Reading →Just when I thought it was safe to go to bed, Hasbro sent out even more images of upcoming 2017 Marvel Legends figures that weren’t on display today at New York Toy Fair 2017! These don’t come as entirely a surprise, as I already saw these figures during the Hasbro Media Event slideshow this afternoon, but we weren’t allowed to photograph the figures at the event. But hey, maybe that’s for the best, because there’s no way our meager photography could look nearly as good as these hi-res official photos of the 2017 Marvel Legends Human Torch, Mary Jane and Ultimate Vulture vs. Spider-Man sets!
Continue Reading →I’ve been up since 5AM this morning getting ready for Toy Fair and my brain is running on empty, but I just had to stay up a few minutes longer so I could make a quick post about some of this year’s upcoming Marvel Legends figures that collectors are gonna wild over. I’ve been predicting for the past year-plus that the Marvel Legends Lady Thor figure would debut in the Marvel Legends Thor Ragnarok series in Fall 2017, and it’s good to be proven right! But what else is good…? How about this exclusive Marvel Legends A-Force figures box set?!
Continue Reading →It is not an exaggeration to say that fans have been demanding Netflix Marvel Legends figures from Hasbro for nearly two years now. Since the day the first season of Daredevil episodes hit Netflix, fans have been screaming out for super-articulated figures. And this year, Hasbro is finally delivering with not just Daredevil, but a whole series of Marvel Legends Netflix 6″ figures! And while we didn’t see the entire wave today, we did see four of the heavy hitters, including Daredevil, Elektra and The Punisher…
Continue Reading →Hasbro spoiled us just a little bit for the 2017 Toy Fair when they revealed the three Marvel Legends Spider-Man Homecoming figures from Spider-Man Legends 2017 Wave 2 earlier this month. But it turns out they really were saving the best stuff for the show, including all-new figures of Moon Knight, Tombstone, Captain Universe Spider-Man and more!
Continue Reading →Well, the news that we expected to be coming out tomorrow just keeps on coming out today! First the Marvel Legends Star-Lord Helmet and Mjolnir Hammer Prop Replicas went up for order a day earlier than announced, and now we’re getting our first New York Toy Fair 2017 Marvel Legends figure reveal a night before the 2017 Toy Fair even begins! Some Marvel fans who haven’t read comics may need to bust out their “Google Fu” skills, because the first Hasbro reveal of the show is the 6″ Marvel Legends Ex Nihilo figure from Guardians of the Galaxy Wave 2!
Continue Reading →The day that Guardians of the Galaxy fans have been waiting for for over two and a half year has arrived at last: the second-ever set of Guardians of the Galaxy Marvel Legends figures has now arrived! I received my GOTG Marvel Legends case I ordered from EE in the mail today, and while I had planning to start my reviews with one of the most hyped figures such as Angela or Yondu, I’m surprising even myself by kicking off with a review of a figure that exceeded my expectations: the Marvel Legends Titus Build-A-Figure!
Continue Reading →When the estimated release date on the 2017 Marvel Legends Guardians of the Galaxy Wave 1 figures shifted from February to March 2017, the hearts of plenty of folks (including me) dropped. But it’s time to put on a happy face and bust out the noisemakers, because the Marvel Legends GOTG figures have arrived earlier than expected! My case of ML GOTG Wave 1 shipped yesterday from EE, other online retailers like BBTS and Amazon should be receiving their figures shortly, and the first store chain the series has shown up at is… Walgreens?!
Continue Reading →While we’ve seen a multitude of figures and toys already for this year’s Spider-Man Homecoming and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 movies, there’s another pair of characters starring in a movie that have been rather conspicuous by their absence in toy form this year… until now! Looks like we can put the speculation about the Hasbro Marvel Legends 12″ figures series ending to rest, because 12″ Marvel Legends Hulk and Thor have now been revealed!
Continue Reading →For the last several weeks, Hasbro has been teasing us with reveals of all their upcoming Spider-Man Homecoming toys except for the 6″ Marvel Legends that collectors are dying to hear about. But the wait is over, as Habro has finally revealed their Marvel Legends Spider-Man Homecoming figures! And if you were expecting just two figures like we got for Amazing Spider-Man 2, you may be pleasantly surprised…!
Continue Reading →With New York Toy Fair 2017 just over two weeks away, one might think Hasbro would be keeping their secrets close to their vest. But perhaps to whet our appetites for the big show, Hasbro is doing anything but! This morning they delighted Star Wars fans with photos of the Admiral Raddus wave of Rogue One figures, and now it’s Marvel fans’ turn! Coming our way this spring, it’s 3.75″ Marvel Legends movie figures love in the form of two-packs for Doctor Strange, Spider-Man Homecoming and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2!
