Marvel Legends X-Men Kitty Pryde 6″ Figure Review & Photos

Marvel Legends 2016 Kitty Pryde and Lockheed Figures

Though it’s been lauded as perhaps the single best Hasbro Marvel Legends wave in history, even the strongest series is going to have its own weakest figures. And in the case of the 2016 Marvel Legends X-Men series, Kitty Pryde is definitely that weak link, in my opinion. Marvel Legends Kitty Pryde is available online now for 11 bucks, and like her or not, you’re going to need her to complete two different Build-A-Figures…

In the words of the great Mace Windu: “This party’s over.” At least, the hope of Comicave Studios releasing the full Iron Man 3 House Party Protocol series of 6″ figures is over, anyway. Shocking collectors, Comicave announced overnight that they are discontinuing development on their 1/12 scale die-cast Starboost Iron Man Mark 39 figure. For those out there collecting all lines of Iron Man armors, this is a pretty dark sign…

Previously I’ve reviewed every single 2016 Marvel Legends Build-A-Figure released this year–save one–so I might as well complete the set! The third entry in the Marvel Manga Realization figure series, Samurai Captain America, has now been revealed–and this is Cap like we’ve never seen him before!

Before Sideshow Collectibles blew our minds with their sickeningly cool Carnage and Venom Premium Format Figure prototypes at NYCC 2016, this claimed hundreds of my future dollars when they revealed their Premium Format Groot & Rocket Raccoon statue at SDCC 2016. The only question was when Sideshow was getting my money–and how much. And as it happens, now I know both: the Sideshow Exclusive Groot & Rocket Raccoon Premium Format Figures are now up for order!
