There’s one more wave of Marvel Legends figures that technically was revealed at New York Toy Fair 2016 yesterday that I haven’t talked about yet. It’s a pretty loaded wave, but, well… unfortunately, the lineup leaked out several weeks ago.
Even so, I got to see the 2016 Marvel Legends Captain America Wave 2 Figures yesterday in all their glory, including Nuke, Nick Fury with Dirk Anger head, Civil War figures and more!

With the mind-boggling amount of new product that’s been revealed over the course of the last week, I didn’t quite get a chance to read about the new Hasbro Marvel Legends Premium Role-Playing Costume items when they were announced yesterday. But that was okay, because I got to see them for the first time today in-person at the Hasbro Press Event, where I got to see the 24″ life-size Captain America Shield Replica and the new electronic Iron Man Helmet that both just went up for sale in action!

Some computer listings leaked out the supposed lineup for the 2016 Marvel Legends Captain America Wave 3 figures earlier this month, but I was doubtful that we were close enough to the release of that series that the figures would be on display at the New York Toy Fair 2016 this weekend. And as expected, the whole series wasn’t on display. But–BUT!! Hasbro did give us a pretty fantastic treat, with a look at a pair of new figures from the wave–including the hotly-demanded Marvel Legends Scarlet Witch movie figure!

While Hasbro was only able to show off half of the Marvel Legends Doctor Strange series of figures (due to the movie characters making up part of the assortment), they made up for it in a big way by sharing half of the Marvel Legends 2016 Spider-Man Wave 2 figures as well! The big star of the show here is the new 6″ Marvel Legends Miles Morales Spider-Man figure, but he’s joined by a number of heavy-hitters, including Ultimate Spider-Man Peter Parker, a new Hobgoblin, Silk and more!

Word snuck out a month or so ago that Hasbro was planning a 2016 Marvel Legends Doctor Strange series to coincide with the movie’s release this fall, but Hasbro never confirmed that news or any action figure lineup–until today!
At the 2016 Toy Fair, Hasbro revealed part of the Doctor Strange Marvel Legends Series, including a repainted Dormammu Build-A-Figure, Nico Minoru and Iron Fist!

Since Kotobukiya already showed off the official photos of Rogue and put her up for order earlier this week, I had my hopes high that we’d at least get to see an unpainted prototype of the last figure in the Kotobukiya X-Men ARTFX+ statue line at New York Toy Fair 2016 this weekend. Instead, the finished, painted prototype made its debut: the Kotobukiya Wolverine ARTFX+ Statue has now been revealed!

NECA has been teasing their 1/4 Marvel collectors with him for several years now, but finally, finally… NECA has a Hulk! And not just any Hulk, but a really, really big Hulk! A lot of collectors were a wee bit annoyed when Hasbro renamed the Marvel Universe scale figures to 4″ “Marvel Legends” to kick off 2016, due to the confusion one name for multiple scales wold cause.
