Marvel Legends Infinity Gauntlet Life-Size Replica Photos!

If you’ve been hanging out on various toy sites and social media groups this week, you may have seen a “little” (BIG) something that snuck out to retailers a bit early. Out of respect to Hasbro and this insane item they’ve created, I wanted to wait for the official announcement before talking about it. And that foretold day has come—in advance of New York Toy Fair 2018, the Marvel Legends Infinity Gauntlet Life-Size Replica has now been revealed!

Marvel Legends Infinity Gauntlet Prop Replica

The line of life-size Marvel Legends prop replicas (Hasbro calls them “role-play toys” officially, but I like to think of them as affordable “prop replicas”) has become one of my absolute favorite branches of Marvel collecting since the Iron Man helmet and Captain America shield debuted at New York Toy Fair 2016.

Last year’s Marvel Legends Star-Lord Helmet and Mjolnir Hammer were fairly predictable, so I had high hopes for an Ant-Man helmet and Infinity Gauntlet in 2018. Well, looks like I’m getting one out two!

Electronic Infinity Gauntlet Marvel Legends ReplicaWhereas Hasbro has opted for a killer Marvel Legends Black Panther Helmet instead of an Ant-Man one, the most feared weapon in the Marvel Universe is in fact arriving in life-size form: the Marvel Legends Infinity Gauntlet!

Like the previous role-play toys (not counting the amazing metal Captain America shield), the Infinity Gauntlet Marvel Legends replica will retail for just $99.99. Looking at the huge 19.5” length of this toy, that’s a very reasonable price-point!

All of the Hasbro Marvel life-size movie replica toys have been popular so far, but I think this will be the most popular and most display-worthy of them all (barring the $300 Metal Captain America shield). Can’t wait to get my hand into this! (That sounded dirty.)

Here’s the official Hasbro product blurb:

“MARVEL LEGENDS SERIES INFINITY GAUNTLET
(Age Adult/Approx. Retail Price: $99.99/Available: Spring 2018)

Harness the power of the universe with this 1:1 full-scale INFINITY GAUNTLET! Measuring 19.5 inches long, this collectible role play gauntlet features premium sculpting and articulated fingers that can be clenched into a fist. Includes electronic light and sound effects that illuminate all six Infinity Stones when the gauntlet is activated. Requires 3 AA batteries, not included. Available at most major retailers and on HasbroToyShop.com.”

Marvel Legends Hasbro Life-Size Infinity Gauntlet ReplicaThe official release window for this 1:1 scale ML Infinity Gauntlet is “Spring 2018”, but some retailers are already starting to receive their shipments of it. Once Hasbro gives the go-ahead, the best Infinity Gauntlet collectible ever made is ready to hop onto shelves (and then off shelves and into cars shortly thereafter)! I’ll sent out alerts via the Marvel Toy News Twitter and Facebook Page as soon as online orders for Thanos’ greatest weapon open up.

Now that it’s official and we’ve seen the hi-res photos and MSRP, how do you feel about the Marvel Legends Infinity Gauntlet toy? Is this the must-have that so many collectors are hyping it to be, or are you not impressed?

  1. I think it’s possible we could get Ant-Man or Wasp helmets as we get closer to the film. Only problem I could see is I get the sense the Ant-Man merchandise for the first film didn’t really set the world on fire.

    • When it’s July or August let’s hope Hasbro finally unveil the Marvel Legends Series Ant-Man and The Wasp Electronic Helmets so that’ll be 2 helmets in a rectangular box to have the price for $134.99, will that be exciting

  2. Yeah this looked cool in the video i saw on IG but $99 is too steep for me. I’ll wait until Halloween as I expect to see a much cheaper imitation (albeit without lights and sounds) in one of those pop-up costume stores (which is where I ended up getting my “mjolnir”)

  3. But the gauntlet’s gold and in a karate chop pose in the picture above. So wouldn’t it be more jitsu than fisto?
