I am not exaggerating at all when I say that I get someone messaging me almost every single day asking me if I have any insider info on when and if Sideshow Collectibles will be selling the hotly-anticipated exclusive Hot Toys Midas Iron Man 1/6 figure. The answer is always the same, which is that I don’t have any insider info (ever). Luckily, that won’t be an issue anymore– the 1/6 Midas Iron Man Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece figure IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR ORDER! Hot Toys collectors (and Iron Man fans in particular) have been going nuts all summer and fall long, biding their time, waiting and wondering when or if Sideshow Collectibles would bring the much talked-about Iron Man Midas Mark 21 Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece Series figure to the United States.

Collectors have had to stand by idly while conventions all over Asia featured the Hot Toys Midas as an exclusive, while contemplating buying the Midas Iron Man Hot Toys figure for the insane $600+ it sells for on ebay.

But no longer!! Sideshow Collectibles confirmed today that they will take pre-orders for the Midas Iron Man Mark XXI MMS 1/6 figure on Cyber Monday–December 2nd, 2013. It is unknown at this time (and likely to remain unknown) how many units of the Iron Man 3 Midas Iron Man Hot Toys figure Sideshow Collectibles has been allotted to sell to customers in the United States.

Sometimes Sideshow gets ample supplies of Hot Toys exclusives (such as the Light Armor Thor The Dark World 1/6 figure) and sometimes the figures sell out in an hour or so (as was the case earlier this year with the Battle Damaged Iron Man Mark VII Hot Toys figure).

To be safe, you’re going to want to be alert and order the Iron Man Midas 1/6 figure as quickly as possible–I honestly don’t expect this figure to last more than a few hours, personally.
