It’s a little bit unbelievable that the veil of secrecy surrounding the 2021 Spider-Man No Way Home movie was so thick that we’re only now getting toys for this mega-blockbuster at mass retail. I gave Sandman from the Marvel Legends No Way Home series a glowing review earlier this month, and now I’m ready to review the freshest Spider-Man in the wave: Tom Holland Spidey in his “final swing” suit from the end of the movie! Is this a 6” Tom Holland Spider-Man worth upgrading to?

Sandman isn’t likely to top many fans’ lists for favorite Spider-Man movie villain, but he does have an advantage over more popular villains like Doc Ock and Green Goblin in that he’s easy to package as a basic individual $25 action figure.

Spider-Man No Way Home was clearly the MCU theatrical release star of the pandemic era, but the strict attempts to keep the movie’s secrets led to a dearth of toys and collectibles ready within a year of its 2021 release.

In fact, likely to the extreme surprise of anyone who hasn’t been avidly collecting for the past two years, no Hasbro Spider-Man No Way Home Marvel Legends action figures have made it to retail stores at all yet.
