I might have an obsession. See, once Marvel officially announced the SDCC 2013 Exclusive Funko Metallic Red Hulk POP! Vinyl figure, I became pretty fixated and seeing what they’d do to the most huggable of the Hulks. But the image Disney/Marvel sent out with the press release was just a photo of the plain Red Hulk. Thus, for the last week-plus I have been a man on a mission, with my quest being to find photographic evident of the actual Metallic Red Hulk SDCC Exclusive figure. Even after the Avenger Hot Toys Hulk figure had been available for pre-order for months, many collectors laughed and said it couldn’t be done and the figure would be cancelled. People said that the design didn’t lend itself well to the work that Hot Toys does, or that the figure was just too big to be produced, or that the project was taking too long and would be cancelled. I was beginning to wonder if Hasbro was going to bother sending out high-res images of the upcoming 3.75″ Avengers Assemble Series 1 action figures, but it seems I started to doubt just a little bit too soon!
