An image of a Hot Topic exclusive blue Deadpool Hikari figure leaked out a couple days ago, and I’ve been checking the Hot Topic website like a madman a dozen or so times per day to see if it’s been posted for sale yet.

Thankfully (for my sanity), the Hikari Deadpool Blue variant popped up for sale online today–and he even brought a friend: the unannounced regular version of the Funko Hulk Hikari!

First up, we’ve got the Hot Topic Exclusive Blue Deadpool Funko Hikari. Despite being incredibly obscure, we’ve gotten everything from Marvel Legends to POP Vinyls and now even a Hikari of the X-Men costume Deadpool. Gotta love that translucent blue glittery plastic!

This is my favorite Deadpool costume, so I’m pretty thrilled to see it brought to life in my current favorite Marvel line. And with a very smart LE 1000 run size, I think this Deadpool will end up being one of the strongest Marvel Hikari on the aftermarket.

Released alongside this X-Men Deadpool variant is the plain Jane version of the Hulk. Green skin, purple pants–this is a classic Hulk if I’ve ever seen one, and likely to be the preferred Hulk Hikari colorway for many collectors. I actually think the Metallic Hulk Hikari that went up for order last month is a lot snazzier than this one, but I know the wackiness of that mecha-Hulk like figure may bother some folks.

The edition size on the regular Hulk Hikari figure is a massive 2800. While that’s only a bit more than half the size of the plain Groot Hikari vinyl, a limited edition of 2800 is a huge number for figures of this type and style.

Because I’m a Hikari completist and could get him for $43 shipped to my local store after using discount codes, I went ahead and ordered the plain Funko Hikari Hulk figure so I wouldn’t have to hunt him later. With 2,800 Hulks out there, though… I can definitely see this Hulk being around at $30-$40 six months from now.
