Continuing to slog through my massive backlog of Marvel Legends figures that I have queued for review, today I’m looking at one of this year’s most surprising Build-A-Figures. Sasquatch is one of the cheaper complete Marvel Legends BAFs on the aftermarket in quite a while, and has only a tenuous connection to the character whose series he’s the Build-A-Figure of (Deadpool). Is this Hasbro figure worth upgrading to if you already own the Toybiz version?

Every so often, Hasbro will end up releasing a 6” Marvel Legends figure that blows my mind in both positive and negative regard. Such is the case with one of the most difficult Marvel Legends figures to find at retail so far this year: Iron Spider! Whenever I mention Gwenpool, I tend to preface it with “I don’t really like this character”. And so, I don’t think anyone will be gobsmacked to hear that my anticipation for her first 6″ figure wasn’t quite off-the-charts. Black Panther doesn’t exactly have the most mainstream cast of supporting characters, so when it came time to fill out the Black Panther Marvel Legends figures series with comic-based figures, Hasbro had to stretch a bit and slot in other “kings”. It was sort of a reach, but few fans were complaining about getting new, classic versions of the Kings of the Inhumans and of Atlantis! Supply has caught up to demand and Marvel Legends Namor is available now online for MSRP, but is this the best toy ever of the character?

The Marvel Select Drax movie figure had a multitude of features that held it back, but this other GOTG Vol. 2 two-pack is a totally different story.
