Say what you will about Natalie Portman’s performances in the Star Wars movies, but Padmé is one of my favorite female characters across all of Star Wars and one of my preferred actresses in general. So I was thrilled when Portman was cast as Jane Foster in the Thor movies, and elated to hear she’d be returning for Thor Love and Thunder. You just know it’s a true golden age of Marvel action figures when Hasbro feels confident enough to bring out a new version of one of Toybiz’s biggest duds of all-time. The Spider-Man The Animated Series Spider-Armor figure languished unloved on store shelves for years and years in the 90s, which is likely why it’s never been upgraded to a 6” figure. general consensus I’m hearing about the new Marvel Legends Sabretooth figure that went up for pre-order this week is that fans think the first appearance look is novel… but what they really want is a buff 90s styled Sabretooth.
