gtime readers know that before I drank the “the Jonathan Hickman X-Men era is the best ever” Kool-Aid, X-Men Age Of Apocalypse was my jam for about a decade and a half. And so, I’ve been waiting about that long for a proper 6” (or even 5”) Age of Apocalypse Rogue figure. I worried such a thing might never occur when anecdotes indicated poor sales for the first series of X-Men Marvel Legends Age of Apocalypse figures. Although there were few New York Comic Con exclusives this year—perhaps because no one was certain if there would be an event at all, given the long-lasting global pandemic—there was at least one cool Marvel exclusive collectible in honor of the show: a limited-edition X-Force Deadpool variant bust by Diamond Select Toys.
