Diamond Select Toys has been making Marvel Cinematic Universe characters as part of their line of Marvel Select figures almost from the beginning of the MCU, with only a handful of movies missing toys. DST hasn’t failed to release Marvel Select figures for an MCU movie in nearly half a decade, but it looked like that streak might be snapped by 2018’s last entry. This week was a mixed bag of good news and bad news for Marvel Figuarts Collectors. Good news: Bandai is releasing SH Figuarts Infinity War Thor and Wasp Figures. Bad news: Both are Tamashii Web Exclusives and not available via the usual import stores. More bad news: Infinity War Thor won’t be getting a domestic release at all. But at least some good news: the SH Figuarts Wasp figure is, and is now up for order in the United States!

UPDATE 4/27/2018: Not coincidentally-timed, Marvel Legends Infinity War Wave 2–the Cull Obsidian BAF series–is now up for order! As expected, Wasp and Ant-Man are the two double-packed figures! With Toys R Us going the way of the dodo, there’s been a lot of concern and confusion about exactly where the exclusives intended for them would end up.
