Over half a decade ago, the first review I ever wrote on this site was for the exceptional Marvel Select Venom figure—a figure I still think stands out today as one of the best toys of the character ever. But as that figure has been sold out and unavailable for a while now, many collectors may still need one—and now they’re getting a chance at an updated version: a new Disney Store Exclusive Marvel Select Venom figure is now up for order! And the stylized heads in this set feel anything but rehashed…

While the biggest news this past week was Hasbro’s reveal of the final figure in the Captain Marvel Legends Series and the packaging for the wave, there were a couple other items of interest I want to backtrack and talk about. And one of them is the latest exclusive addition to the Mezco ONE:12 Collective Marvel 6” figure line: The ONE:12 Collective Cable X-Men variant is now up for order! (You didn’t think Mezco Toyz would let the chance for a popular X-Men costume variant get away, did you?)

At this kind of discount, I’ve got a hunch this may be the day this set sells out for good! If you want this set–now is the time!

But fear not, Illyana fans–you shan’t have to walk past the Walgreens cashier empty-handed anymore: the Exclusive Marvel Legends Magik figure is finally up for order online!

And so, when the Mezco Iron Man Figure went up for pre-order earlier this year, I didn’t even reserve one. That said, when they announced an event exclusive Model 42 Iron Man in Marvel Puzzle Quest colors last month, I had to have it. I was lucky enough to snag one off a converted Wait List which I’ll review here: I have now drank the Kool-Aid. ONE:12 Collective Iron Man is an absolute treasure…

I’ve heard quite a few people say these have been getting bought up by their local scalpers, so online may be the way to go for those folks in scalper zones. Those who’ve got their Hasbro GamerVerse Spider-Man figure already: what do you think?

There’s almost no doubt about it: Whether it’s life-size busts or mini-busts, statue companies are having very hard time these days finding more than a few hundred collectors interested in any one bust. But perhaps Sideshow Collectibles has the right idea with their latest attempt, as they’re not even going to try to find hundreds. Instead, they’re going right for an edition size that’s almost unheard of for a Marvel Statue: the LE 100 (yes, 100!!) X-Force Deadpool Life Size Bust is now up for order!

Would the Big Three be incomplete in MS figure form again? But hold the phone—turns out DST had a trump card hidden up their sleeve: the EXCLUSIVE Marvel Select Infinity War Iron Man figure is now up for order… and it’s shipping before any of their other figures from the movie!
Continue Reading →The Sideshow Marvel Sixth Scale Figure line has had a few hits and a few misses with fans, but almost unquestionably their most well-received release to date has been their 1/6 Ghost Rider Figure. But for those who missed out on that sold-out figure or prefer a more classic take on the Spirit of Vengeance, you’re in luck: the Sideshow Exclusive Classic Ghost Rider 1/6 figure is now up for order… and he’s limited to a crazy-low 350 pieces!

So even though it was inevitable that we’d get a variant of him from Mezco Toyz, they were going to have to really do something special to get another purchase from me. And dangit—I think they’ve done just that! Basically everything I wanted that was missing from the Jim Lee Version is all present and accounted for with the new PX Exclusive ONE:12 Collective Classic Cyclops figure that’s now up for PO!

Well, it looks like HT has heard those complaints, and taken them seriously—by moving on to recoloring a different Marvel character! I’m honestly shocked that it’s taken this long, but what seemed like a surefire “gimme” is finally on the way: the limited Exclusive Hot Toys Dusty Deadpool figure is now up for order! If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a “dusty” figure, this DP is for you!

The majority of the regular releases tend to sell out and increase in price before they ever ship, and the various Mezco and convention exclusives tend to skyrocket in price after they pop up with no warning and sell out in an hour. Marvel ONE:12 Collective is a toy line where demand exceeds supply more often than not—and the latest example of this is the exclusive Homemade Suit Spider-Man figure that came and sold out earlier today…

While the die-cast Neon Tech Iron Man (AKA Tron Iron Man) was available first to NYCC attendees, there were a whopping zero never-before-seen Movie Masterpiece Series 1/6 figures unveiled at the event. But one previously shown figure we weren’t entirely sure was going to get released did make a reappearance in New York City, and now he’s officially on the way: the Hot Toys Concept Art Iron Man Mark XLVI figure is now up for order!

UPDATE 10/5/2018: For those who want it, the NYCC 2018 Exclusive Funko Spider-Woman POP Vinyl figure is now up for order online while she lasts! This was easily the most interesting of the Funko Marvel Exclusives for New York Comic Con this year, so I’m very pleased she was shared with an online retailer. If you think you’re gonna want comic-based Jessica Drew Spider-Woman as a POP–now’s the time!

Most of my photos will be posted on the Marvel Toy News social media pages this afternoon, but I wanted to post about one new reveal particularly—because its on-sale date is today! First hinted at at SDCC, the Exclusive Marvel Legends Arnim Zola & Hydra Captain America set is now up for order!
