Well, Star Wars is over now–time to get back to talking about Marvel toys! At least, that’s what Hot Toys seems to be thinking, as they’re commemorating the launch of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” being over by putting the first two Hot Toys Civil War figures up for order this week!
We haven’t seen a new Hot Toys PPS solicited since 2013, but in 2016, the line lives on: the Hot Toys Iron Man Mark 46 figure is now up for order!

After being one of the more expensive and sought-after Marvel Hot Toys sixth scale figures for years, the market has crashed on the Iron Man 2 War Machine MMS 120. That figure itself is still an excellent release, but the demand for that figure fell off a cliff after Hot Toys announced a die-cast version last month.
And now, the superior remake is officially on the way–the Hot Toys Iron Man 2 Die-Cast War Machine is now up for order!

As soon as Hot Toys revealed the Striker Iron Man sixth scale figure almost a full year ago, I started counting down the days until they announced its Jade Giant-inspired upgraded armor as a limited exclusive repaint (because let’s face it–there’s no way Hot Toys would skip out on a chance to release an awesome figure with no new tooling). And while 354 days is substantially longer than I expected, the destined time has come at last: the exclusive Hot Toys Gamma Iron Man figure is now up for order!

While I talk an awful lot about Hot Toys Marvel figures on this blog (and I’m legitimately somewhat embarrassed about how much I spend on Hot Toys each year), I tend to not review many of the sixth scale figures I buy. why? Well, frankly, it’s almost tedious having to prattle on about toys that are virtually perfection. but seeing as how Sideshow Collectibles’ Black Friday sale has the Hot Toys Heartbreaker Iron Man available for 30% Off and free shipping with code “BF3015” this week, I figure now is a good time to gush about how amazing this figure is….

While 2015 may be “The Year of Hulkbuster Iron Man”, 2016 is going to be “The Year Most of the Hulkbuster Iron Man Toys Actually Come Out”.
From the Hot Toys Hulkbuster to the Bandai SH Figuarts and Sentinel RE:EDIT versions, most of the high-end Hulkbusters will be arriving throughout 2016. And now, we can add one more to the list, from out of nowhere and a somewhat surprising place: the 10″+ Medicom MAFEX Hulkbuster Iron Man figure is now up for order!

Yesterday I talked about the Funko Exclusive Black Widow with Shield figure that we had to wait a few months for after announcement, but that’s nothing compared to the wait for the subject of today’s review: Marvel Legends Rescue!
We had to wait almost two and a half years for this figure to arrive, and now Rescue is selling for a crazy $100+ on the aftermarket! But is this 6″ Marvel Legends Rescue figure really worth all the fuss? Read on…

If you’ve been asking yourself the question: “What do you get for the Iron Man collector who already owns every Iron Man Mark 43 figure that costs less than $2,000?”, then you’re about to owe Sideshow Collectibles a big, fat “Thank You!”
The 42″ tall, 35 pound Sideshow Legendary Scale Iron Man Mark 43 statue is now up for order, for the *cough* “low, low price” of just $2,299.99!

The Hasbro Marvel Titan Hero series of value-priced figures got off to a roaring start in 2015, releasing loads of electronic figures, new characters and even characters from the Avengers: Age of Ultron movie. The second half of the year has been a mite slow for the Titan Heroes range, however, with very few new toys hitting shelves (although the Titan Hero Vision is finally getting into decent circulation and Black Widow is rumored). But finally one more big release for 2015 has arrived–and I do mean big! It’s the mega-sized, 18″ Hulkbuster Armor Titan Hero!

If there was one display at New York Comic Con 2015 last week that really made me do a double-take and wonder if my fever was higher than I’d thought, it was the Comicave Studios booth.
Because Comicave had products at NYCC not only on display–but for sale at the show–that I thought would never see the light of day: the 1/4 and 1/12 Super Alloy Iron Man figures live again!

…Well, come on now. You didn’t really think that Kotobukiya was going to break their streak by not releasing a high-end version of Tony Stark’s final armor from Avengers: Age of Ultron, did you?
That’s right–following up this year’s best-selling Mark 43 and Hulkbuster Iron Man statues, Kotobukiya is kicking off 2016 with the MCU’s most popular character as well: the ARTFX Iron Man Mark XLV statue is now available for order!

When Hot Toys posted their preview image for next week’s 2015 Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention (STGCC 2015), it looked suspiciously like a blue repaint of their just-released Iron Man Mark 3 die-cast figure.
But having already released two exclusive Stealth Iron Man figures this year, surely Hot Toys couldn’t have another on deck… right? Wrong–the exclusive Hot Toys Stealth Iron Man Mark III is now up for order!

Remember that Hot Toys Stealth Iron Man sixth scale figure that retailed for $340 and sold out in just a few hours earlier this year…? Well, Hot Toys themselves sure do, and now they’re getting back on-board the Iron Man Stealth Edition train and hoping to cash in again with one of their weirdest items ever: the exclusive Stealth Iron Man Mark 43 Cosbaby with 1/6 Scale T-Shirt is now available for order!

Get out of the way, because the runaway freight train that is movie Iron Man merch cannot be stopped! At this point, Iron Man has literally appeared in virtually every single toy line by every Marvel licensee. Believe it or not, there are still a few holdouts out there, though! But in summer 2016, we’ll have to cross one of these rare exceptions off the list, as Iron Man will by flying into Medicom’s premium 6″ figure line–MAFEX Iron Man Mark 43 Figure is now up for order!

If you got into collecting Marvel Funko POP Vinyls late, there are certain figures that you’re probably missing–not because you don’t want them, but because they’re now discontinued and astronomically expensive on the aftermarket. One of these figures is the Funko Tony Stark POP Vinyl, which was available as an exclusive release at San Diego Comic-Con and another convention in 2013. Secondary market prices on this figure rival the retail price of Hot Toys figures now, but there is hope–a photo of a new Unmasked Iron Man Funko POP Vinyls figure has been leaked!
UPDATE 8/17: The Funko Iron Man Unmasked POP! Vinyl is now available for order–and he’s an Amazon exclusive! Better act fast if you want one!

Now that the Avengers Marvel Legends Hulkbuster series is available online and slowly starting to hit retail stores, I figured it was about time that I sat down and started reviewing the figures that comprise the series.
And while this series features the Hulkbuster Iron Man Build-A-Figure which is the anticipated BAF in years, if you want to built it, you’ll have to buy another Iron Man to do so: Marvel Legends Marvel NOW Iron Man…
