Hot Topic Exclusive Funko X-Force Wolverine POP Vinyls Figure Packaged

Trying to collect Funko POP! Vinyls is a serious undertaking. The number of products Funko is releasing now on a yearly basis is downright insane, and Funko gives out exclusives like candy. Tracking down all of the exclusives is expensive business–but far better than waiting and paying aftermarket prices for them later on, as Funko exclusives are never reissued. At least they weren’t reissued… until now! If you missed him last year, you have another shot: the Hot Topic exclusive Funko X-Force Wolverine POP! Vinyl is back!

LootCrate Exclusive Funko Groot Glow in the Dark POP Vinyl Figure

Kotobukiya X-Force Deadpool ARTFX+ Statue Up for Order!

Kotobukiya X-Force Deadpool ARTFX+ Statue Variant

…Well, that was fast. Kotobukiya hasn’t exactly been trying to keep it a secret that they have a grey X-Force Deadpool ARTFX+ variant statue in the works for next year, what with them openly talking about it at San Diego Comic-Con 2014 last month and showing off sneak peek photos last week. Even so, for some weird reason I thought that this variant statue wouldn’t be going up for sale for a while yet, as it was scheduled to be a store exclusive. I thought wrong! The statue will be exclusive to all retailers who use Diamond Previews, and the exclusive Kotobukiya Deadpool X-Force ARTFX+ statue variant is now up for order!

Well, today I feel like exclaiming “This deal is getting better all the time!” This morning, Hot Toys announced that they’re adding an additional bonus accessory to the Sideshow Exclusive Edition Groot & Rocket Raccoon Hot Toys figures that are currently up for pre-order–and it’s a good one! Marvel Legends Agent Venom Figure Review & Photos

Flash Venom Marvel Legends 6 Inch Figure Exclusive

It’s been quite a journey for Agent Venom. Over the course of the past 13 months, Agent Venom has gone from one of the most-wanted modern Marvel characters for the Marvel Legends line, to the headliner of Marvel Legends Series 6, to another in a long line of “lost” Hasbro Marvel Legends figures, to a pre-sold out and potentially hard-to-find Walgreens exclusive. But at last, the 6″ Marvel Legends Agent Venom figure is on the verge of arriving, and we can take a look at the final production version of the figure…

Hot Toys Iron Man Mark 3 Die-Cast Sixth Scale Figure

At this point it feels like there are about a million Hot Toys Iron Man sixth scale figures out there, but there’s no Iron Man Hot Toys figure that’s been more in-demand and clamored for by fans than a re-release of the Iron Man Mark III from the original 2008 “Iron Man” film. No matter how many more armors come down the pike, the Mark III Iron Man is considered by the majority to be the definitive Iron Man armor. And now collectors who missed out on the original are about to get another chance at a grail–the Sideshow Exclusive Edition of the Hot Toys Iron Man Mark III Die-Cast figure is now up for order!

Guardians of the Galaxy Minimates Figures Released! Yondu!

Guardians of the Galaxy Yondu Sakaar Soldier Minimates Figures Set

It was fun while it lasted, but now it’s time to put the craziness of SDCC 2014 behind us and get back to business as usual–and that means new toys hitting stores! The Marvel Minimates Guardians of the Galaxy figures series is running late, and won’t make it into stores in time for the movie… or so we thought! While perusing my local Toys R Us, I did a double-take when I walked past their exclusive blue-skinned, red-mohawked figure, accompanied by (most) all his friends! The Guardians of the Galaxy Minimates figures have now been released, including the exclusive Yondu figure!

Python Iron Man Hot Toys Exclusive Toy Fair 2014 Figure

Last month Hot Toys released a teaser poster, giving us our first look at the Hot Toys 2014 Toy Fairs Exclusive figures–including (as expected) another Iron Man figure from Iron Man 3. I wrote about two-thirds of an article overnight discussing what I thought the exclusive was going to be and why based off of the teaser photo, but then Hot Toys had to go and spoil the whole thing by doing a full reveal the next morning. Get it while it lasts (which won’t be long)–the exclusive Iron Man 3 Hot Toys Python Iron Man Mark XX figure is now up for order!

SDCC 2014 LEGO Rocket Raccoon’s Warbird Set Revealed!

LEGO Marvel SDCC 2014 Exclusive Rocket Raccoon Warbird Set Revealed

This is going to sound like complete and utter blasphemy coming from me, but I was sort of hoping that there wasn’t going to be a SDCC 2014 LEGO Marvel exclusive this year. The San Diego Comic Con LEGO Marvel minifigure exclusives have traditionally been both difficult and extremely expensive to acquire, so I would have been just fine with LEGO forgoing any Comic-Con exclusive LEGO Marvel sets this year.

But with a week to go until Comic-Con, they just had to go and announce an exclusive I can’t live without–it’s the SDCC 2014 LEGO Rocket Raccoon’s Warbird set exclusive!

For the past few years Iron Man has reigned supreme as Marvel’s resident cash cow. But at San Diego Comic Con 2014, Iron Man will have to step aside for Marvel’s new resident cash… raccoon!

Not only will there be a Gentle Giant Rocket Raccoon Mini Bust and a Funko Flocked Rocket Raccoon POP! Vinyl as 2014 SDCC exclusives, but now an exclusive Rocket Raccoon plush toy, mug and Labbit have been announced as well!

Deadpool Mr. Potato Head SDCC 2014 Exclusive Revealed!

Deadpool Mr. Potato Head SDCC 2014 Exclusive Toy

A couple days ago I declared that the Mighty Muggs Rom Space Knight figure was the most out-of-left-field exclusive for this month’s San Diego Comic Con 2014. Well, I stand by that original assessment.

But if there was a prize for second most out-of-left-field SDCC 2014 exclusive, it would probably go to UCC Distributing for an exclusive they’re partnered up with Marvel and Hasbro for. He’s cosplayed as Hulk, Wolverine, Thor, Captain America and Spider-Man–and this month you’ll be able to get your own 2014 SDCC Exclusive Deadpool Mr. Potato Head: Dead Peel!

Exclusive SDCC 2014 Rocket Raccoon Mini Bust Revealed!

SDCC 2014 Exclusive Rocket Raccoon Mini Bust

I genuinely thought that there was a chance I was going to get away scot-free without having to buy any of this year’s Gentle Giant San Diego Comic Con 2014 exclusives. I’m okay living without a mini bust of the Rebel Alliance’s resident butterball, Jek Porkins, and I need a two foot tall, $500 neon green, glow-in-the-dark Aliens figure even less. But then Gentle Giant had to go and do it. They had to make their Marvel exclusive something that I absolutely cannot live without.

He’s about to take the world by storm and become more popular than Spider-Man and Wolverine combined, so this exclusive is gonna be hot: the SDCC 2014 Rocket Raccoon Mini Bust has now been revealed!

Hasbro SDCC 2014 Exclusive Rom Space Knight Mighty Muggs!

SDCC 2014 Mighty Muggs ROM The Space Knight Figure Hasbro

As far as unexpected, totally out-of-left-field exclusives go, Hasbro has just won San Diego Comic-Con 2014. Hands down. Unless you’ve been reading comics for three and a half decades (or grew up making semi-daily trips to the comic book store and buying old issues out of the bargain bins like me), you probably don’t have any clue who ROM The Space Knight even is. The robot form of ROM Space Knight hasn’t appeared in Marvel Comics in almost thirty years. But this month, ROM is back (sort of)–a Hasbro SDCC 2014 Exclusive ROM Space Knight Mighty Muggs figure is coming our way!

Bowen Designs Mojo Statue Released & Photos! End of an Era?

Bowen Designs Mojo Statue Released Close-Up

And then there were none. I’ve been counting down the remaining Bowen Designs statues left to be released since winter, and to my dismay, no new contract between Marvel and Bowen Designs has been signed despite the dwindling number of Bowen Marvel statues left to be released. And now? Now that number is down to zero.

The era of Marvel Bowen Designs statues may be over–but if it is, Bowen Designs is going out on a high note: the exclusive Bowen Mojo statue has now been released and is available for order online!
