It was right around this time last year at the Miyazawa Model Exhibition Fall 2016 that Kaiyodo revealed what was the first genuine jaw-dropper in their Amazing Yamaguchi series: the Revoltech Venom figure. So it only seems appropriate that after the monumental success of that figure last year, we get to see Venom’s spawn at this year’s Fall 2017 Miyazawa Model Exhibition: this just may blow every other version ever made out of the water–it’s the Kaiyodo Revoltech Carnage figure!

NYCC 2017: Marvel Samurai Deadpool Hulk Wolverine Figures!

As anticipated, Bandai Tamashii Nations brought along their four previously-solicited Marvel Manga Realization Samurai figures to New York Comic Con 2017 (even the poor Samurai Spider-Man that’s 40% off online). What was not anticipated—at all—however, was that Bandai would be bringing “Approval Pending” designs of five more characters for the Manga Realization line: including Hulk, Wolverine, Deadpool and more!

NYCC 2017: Sideshow Spider-Verse Statues! Silk! Spider-Man!

After today, I don’t think there’s any question about it: Spider-Verse is “the next big thing” as far as what’s coming down the pike for Marvel statues from Sideshow Collectibles! While there weren’t any previously-unrevealed Spider-Man Marvel Legends 2018 figures on display at HasCon this morning, the five figures previously-revealed for the next wave were all present and spotlighted at the Marvel booth on the floor, including the Lizard Build-A-Figure, Gwenpool, Lasher, Spider-Punk, and my favorite: Mysterio. And at the Marvel Legends panel this evening, one more hero joined the fight: a modern Marvel Legends Spider-Woman figure!
