Marvel Legends Civil War Figures Announced! Black Panther!

Marvel Legends Civil War Black Panther Figure

Considering the entire reason that the “Captain America Legends” line is returning this year in place of the popular “Avengers Legends” is the upcoming release of the “Captain America: Civil War” movie, I don’t think that any Hasbro Marvel Legends 6″ figure collector out there hasn’t been expecting the imminent announcement of Civil War 6″ figures. And while I thought Hasbro might make us wait till Toy Fair 2016 for that reveal, I was wrong: the Marvel Legends Civil War Black Panther, Captain America and Iron Man figures have now been revealed!

Marvel Legends Spider-Man 2016 Jack O' Lantern Figure Packaged

Marvel Legends collectors were thrown a huge curve-ball yesterday, when the entire Red Onslaught Build-A-Figure wave (which, by the way, is called the “Red Skull” wave on the packaging) popped up for order on Amazon–despite the fact that they hadn’t even listed the Spider-Man Legends Absorbing Man wave yet that started hitting stores weeks ago! But it turns out the Captain America wave just happened to be posted first yesterday–the Spider-Man Legends Jack O’ Lantern, Morbius, Spider-Carnage and more are now available with free shipping!

LEGO Civil War Crossbones' Hazard Heist 76050 Set Box

Now that the non-movie based LEGO Marvel sets for the winter have had a chance to appear, it’s time to look forward to the trio of sets that will round out the Winter 2016 wave from “Captain America: Civil War”! While there are only three new characters present in these sets, TLG has split them up. And if you want the supposed main antagonist, Crossbones, there’s only one place to get him: the LEGO Crossbones’ Hazard Heist 76050 set!

Dorbz Chase Red Hulk & Miles Morales Variants Released!

Funko Dorbz Chase Spider-Man Miles Morales Figure

I wasn’t in the market for yet another vinyl figure line to collect (seeing as I have a major weakness for them), but I fell in love at first sight with the Funko Marvel Dorbz figures when I first saw them at Toy Fair 2015. Even so, the line got off to a rocky start at retail. However, interest seems to have picked up, as the recently-released Marvel Dorbz Chase figures of Ultimate Spider-Man Miles Morales and Red Hulk are selling for $50+ each online!

Marvel Legends Absorbing Man Build-A-Figure Review

Marvel Legends Absorbing Man Build-A-Figure Review

Yesterday I kicked off my Marvel Legends 2016 reviews with the Living Vampire, Morbius. But while Morbius is the oldest Spider-Man villain on that list, he’s not the oldest villain overall. There’s another character who’s older and far more famous–and he just so happens to be the first Build-A-Figure of the year!

Morbius earned high marks in his review–can the Spider-Man Marvel Legends Absorbing Man Build-A-Figure do the same?

Marvel Select Spectacular Spider-Man Figure Packaged

I probably own more action figures of Spider-Man than any other Marvel character. In fact, I probably own more Spider-Man action figures than any other character, period. So it isn’t very often that a new Spidey figure goes up for order that I’m really, really excited about. But today, Diamond Select Toys surprised me with just such a figure, as it’s the most comic book-y Spidey around: the Marvel Shop Exclusive Marvel Select Spectacular Spider-Man is now up for order! With the light blue costume and Peter Parker head, this is gonna be my favorite Marvel Select Spidey ever…

Marvel Legends Morbius Review Photos

2016 has barely arrived, but Hasbro is kicking off the new year right: with this year’s first wave of Spider-Man Marvel Legends 2016 figures already available online and beginning to show up in some retail stores! This is one of the best series of Legends ever, in my opinion, so I’m planning on reviewing every figure in the wave in due time. But where to begin? Well, how about with the most “classic” Spider-Man villain in the series: Morbius! Is this the definitive action figure of The Living Vampire…? Read on…

SH Figuarts Civil War Figures Lineup Speculation

Posted on by January 11, 2016
SH Figuarts Captain America Civil War Iron Man Mark 46

The online Marvel figure collecting community caught fire last week when Bandai Tamashii posted a certain image on their site showing a double-digit number of MCU characters from the “Captain America: Civil War” movie with the text “And More!” proudly plastered on top of the image. But while many are interpreting that image to mean a ton of SH Figuarts Civil War figures are in the way, I think it’s important to manage expectations…

Marvel Minimates Civil War Series 1 Figures Revealed

Almost a full month ago, Diamond Select Toys announced the entire specialty stores lineup when the Marvel Minimates Captain America: Civil War figures series went up for order.
