While Hasbro blew the minds of Marvel Legends 6″ figure collectors at New York Toy Fair 2016 and impressively debuted the Marvel Legends prop replicas and sixth scale figures at the event, there’s one branch of the brand that didn’t get such a grandiose treatment.

Usually I can fit the entire name of a product into the allowed number of characters for an article title, but such is not the case with this year’s single biggest LEGO Marvel Summer 2016 set: the LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Web Warriors Ultimate Bridge Battle 76057 (try saying that three times fast). I gained a new appreciation for the LEGO Doc Ock’s Tentacle Trap set at New York Toy Fair 2016, but even so, that set can’t even approach the sheer coolness of what is almost certainly my favorite LEGO Marvel set yet…

We’ve known the lineup for the Diamond Select Toys Captain America: Civil War figures series for a couple months now, but DST was holding on to the Civil War figures (and their awesome 9″ Giant-Man/Ant-Man figure) for a grand debut at the 2016 Toy Fair International. And while all three characters have had Marvel Select versions before, I was totally impressed with the updated Civil War Iron Man, Captain America, and Winter Soldier–as well as the huge New Avengers Headquarters diorama backdrop that the three come with!

Alright, now this is just getting crazy. With the mind-boggling amount of new product that’s been revealed over the course of the last week, I didn’t quite get a chance to read about the new Hasbro Marvel Legends Premium Role-Playing Costume items when they were announced yesterday. But that was okay, because I got to see them for the first time today in-person at the Hasbro Press Event, where I got to see the 24″ life-size Captain America Shield Replica and the new electronic Iron Man Helmet that both just went up for sale in action!

Some computer listings leaked out the supposed lineup for the 2016 Marvel Legends Captain America Wave 3 figures earlier this month, but I was doubtful that we were close enough to the release of that series that the figures would be on display at the New York Toy Fair 2016 this weekend. And as expected, the whole series wasn’t on display. But–BUT!! Hasbro did give us a pretty fantastic treat, with a look at a pair of new figures from the wave–including the hotly-demanded Marvel Legends Scarlet Witch movie figure!

While Hasbro was only able to show off half of the Marvel Legends Doctor Strange series of figures (due to the movie characters making up part of the assortment), they made up for it in a big way by sharing half of the Marvel Legends 2016 Spider-Man Wave 2 figures as well! The big star of the show here is the new 6″ Marvel Legends Miles Morales Spider-Man figure, but he’s joined by a number of heavy-hitters, including Ultimate Spider-Man Peter Parker, a new Hobgoblin, Silk and more!

Word snuck out a month or so ago that Hasbro was planning a 2016 Marvel Legends Doctor Strange series to coincide with the movie’s release this fall, but Hasbro never confirmed that news or any action figure lineup–until today!
At the 2016 Toy Fair, Hasbro revealed part of the Doctor Strange Marvel Legends Series, including a repainted Dormammu Build-A-Figure, Nico Minoru and Iron Fist!
