I am not a quarter-scale figure collector. With the sheer number of toys and collectibles I buy each year, I discovered that if I buy a lot of 1/4 scale figures, I quickly begin to run out of space. Funko is rolling out their list of exclusives in thrice-weekly announcements and Hasbro is expected to officially announce its San Diego Comic-Con 2016 exclusives next week (although at this point we all basically know what they are anyway), but in the meantime, a few other toy companies are filling in their own Comic-Con blanks. Hasbro has seemingly entered a strange and terrifying new era this year wherein literally the first time we’ve seen numerous new Marvel Legends 6″ figures is when they’ve already been released overseas and packaged photos have leaked out. Having grossed over a billion dollars at the worldwide box office thus far, it’s easy to assert that Captain America: Civil War has been the blockbuster success it was intended to be. What hasn’t been so easy, however, is finding collector-level Civil War toys in retail stores thus far. As is becoming the trend with Hasbro Marvel Legends 6″ figures in 2016, the last figure that we hadn’t seen yet (and which Hasbro still hasn’t officially announced at all) is the Build-A-Figure of the Marvel Legends Spider-Man 2016 Wave 2 set: Space Knight Venom. We’ve seen photos of the broken-up pieces of Space Venom before in packaged photos, but today photos cropped up online for the very first time showing us the completed Marvel Legends Space Venom Build-A-Figure, along with size and scale comparison photos to the rest of the wave!
